@@EddyMaynard I recently got my X100V so i dont have anything to catch up haha.
But i remember those times i literally had 1000's of raws i had to go through. Luckely 99% of it was horrible like most of my street photography haha. But sometimes you get a banger and its all worth it

yeah it bleaches out the sky a lot! maybe using a circular polariser might help with that actually, ill have to give it a try :)

Man, this looks good! Gonna give it a whirl on my XT5. I agree that Velvia as a base for recipes should be explored more. Straight-up Velvia is too saturated for me - almost cartoonish. But muting it a little, with a few other tweaks and twists - like you've done - could result in something pretty awesome. Can't wait to try it.

Yeah I agree massively about it looking cartoon-like straight out of the box. I think the white balance shift helps too just to take the edge off the blues a little since they’re VERY saturated with normal velvia. Hope you enjoy using it!

Yeah sometimes! The 1/8 strength
I'm loving this, one question, how do you set up the ISO to be on auto with a celing of 6400? this is all i need for point and shoot but for some reason it just stays on 800
menu > camera tab > page 2 - iso auto setting > auto 1 > max sensitivity = 6400
I personally set auto 1 to 800 (for shots with no grain)
auto 2 to 6400 (for everyday shooting)
auto 3 to 12800 (for low light extreme conditions)

How would you adjust it for an XT5?
ive not used one, but apparently theyre slightly more red in colour science, so maybe dial back the colour shift very slightly. honestly though, just experiment and have fun with it!

is this recipe can be applied in LR too as a preset for RAW file ? or just Jpeg settings in camera
This is a recipe for the camera but if you shoot with the recipe it will keep the film sim & white balance shift in lightroom, so you can just manually apply the other settings (tone curve etc) to the raw file for an almost identical look :)

The problem with velvia in digital cameras is the ultra deep blacks.
I don't like Velvia but this recipe looks very nice 👍🏽

I normally shoot aperture priority and use the exposure comp dial :)
For the x100f without Color chrome?
it will still work, just ignore the color chrome setting on the recipe, it doesnt make a huge difference anyway :)

What max iso for this recipe?
whatever the situation needs! less than 6400 would be ideal but if you need to push to 12800 itll be the same with slightly less DR and a bit more grain
