Reminder - Only tighten the fumoto valve using the body of the valve - not the "nipple".

I have used these on several different vehicles and love them. Was happy to see you video for my last 2 F150s had the plastic oil pan and Fumoto did not make one for that pan. Nice to see them back to metal so I can now and one to it soon. Love your idea about cutting a hold in the cover, it was always a paint to drop that cover for an oil change, thanks for your video!

I think the fiber panel is for aerodynamics (additionally it might help reduce muddy splashes up into the engine compartment)

might be, but my fuel efficiency wasn't affected at all. No noise difference. And not worried about mud.

Fumoto valves are the bees knees. I drain oil into milk jugs or clear tea jugs. They're just easier to see what is going on.

What year is the f150. And why not just take that panel off so it’s not in the way and leave it off.

2022. yes, you can just take it off, but I left to prevent some things from possibly hitting the underneath of the truck

You said F137, was that the F137N? With long nipple? On their website yours looks exactly like the f137N. I was also looking at the f-137S it comes with a short nipples, I was just wondering if it would clear those coolant lines better? Do you have any trouble with your hose kinking or getting too close to those coolant lines? I'm just trying to figure out which one to order for mine?

I'm putting a Talons Garage skid plate on my ecoboost. They recommend the long nipple which is what I ordered.

The N and S is just the length of the nipple. I like the longer one.

do you honestly think you wouldn't notice if you came out to your vehicle and 2 gallons of oil have spilled on the ground? If so, you shouldn't be driving.

@@snbsociety7442 sometimes you get into your vehicle in conditions where you cant see crap or the parking floor have a water drain angle towards the front, park over dirt, grass, etc. I dont mean to be an arse here, I just believe the drain plug is safer.
