Try spot treating the stain with Dawn before going into the wash. Button holes aren't too hard once you get the hang of it. I always practice on the scrap fabric with my machine. I have a video on how I make buttonholes. You picked a very popular and awesome pattern. It has a lot of great design details. I didn't realize it had pockets too! Wow! Nice job on the collar. Collars are challenging. Talisha is a fountain of information! 💖 The shirt is looking good. Take your time and enjoy the process. I hope to enjoy some sewing over the holiday weekend! Thanks for tip on using Dawn. I also have this solution I found at the dollar store has been good for pre treatment of fabric/stains. I found your video on buttonholes and it’s definitely going to help. Thanks for the encouragement as always!
