Mike Costanza sold me my house in 2004. He also lived next door. George was based on Mike initially. Both were baldish, crazy parents, gym teacher called him can’t stand ya, both real estate agents. There is nothing to contest. Jerry was at Mikes wedding. The real Kramer was paid a lot of money because they used his real stories on the show. Mike wanted the same treatment but wasn’t as fortunate in court when an army of NBC lawyers fought it. But, they were friends for years he was telling the truth.

Not impressed. I was hoping this would be a much older interview Stern did with Alexander talking about his college days in Boston. That one was interesting and funny.
They didnt care bout nothing making sense in last episode. It was an excuse to revisit all the characters and them to finally get punished for their shitty behavior to people.
I loved the last episode...always thought that folks who didn't like it, either didn't really get the show (the type who thought Kramer's room entry was the "highlight") or were sort of awful people like the characters and hated their own anti-social behavior being what is mocked
typical stern interview: machine-gunning questions at the guest so fast it's impossible for them to ever give an answer. howard seems to think the quality of an interview depends on the number of questions asked, rather than the answers given. he asks so many questions so fast that responses arent even possible. terrible interviewer.
Ehh, I like to watch some re-runs of Seinfeld here and there but I can re-watch 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' more. I like how CYU is set in Los Angeles. I can't picture it set in NY like Seinfeld was. I barely liked it when CYU was filmed in season 9 in NY.
