Cool idea to convert a drawer. I have the box version but I used a wooden box and cut a hole in the back. I certainly don't miss seeing cables lying around everywhere. Best thing ever.

Hi Cas, I love your "Toss-Organization" and I' m a butterfly. My daugther has adhd too. When she was 2,5 years old at 3 Am she was jumping on the couch (and the whole Day jumping around from 6 am...) and we slept in between her jumping area. When she didn't hear anything of us, she opened the lid of our eyes and asked "are you awake?" When we said no she answerd "your are kidding me..." When we said yes then she answerd: "fine, then you can play with me" 😆 and she clapped her little hands together.
She had so much energy that I allways slept when she does. Now she is 26 years old... When she comes to a party and there are all persons shy and quiet - she makes all persons dancing and talking together in a few minutes. 😅 Some persons are like this... she shines like a sun everywhere she comes in... I'm here! Now we can celabrate a Party or work together... my son is like me... quiet, shy, calm... raising him is like holiday for me 😉😂😂😂.
(In between of both are 10 years.)

Omg You just brought up a memory about public bathrooms. One of my sisters was going to a school via an airplane. My parents took turns turns taking the younger siblings(that is, one at a time) to say good-bye at the airport. BECAUSE they never passed a bathroom that they had to use and at that time (late 60s) you had to pay to get into the airport's public toilet stalls. My 9 year old sister had a "great idea" to crawl under and unlock one of the toilet stalls for my mother. At first, she was slightly embarassed, but also grateful. My sister thought this was a license to continue sliding under EVERY stall and unlocking EVERY door!
My mom had a terrific sense of humor which is necessary raising 10 children, I think. She couldn't get home quick enough to get my little sister into a bathtub snickering all the way.

Hi Cas, I enjoyed your show of five steps to organizing. Watched all three while sewing my daughters' pants into shorts. Love also your four types of bugs to show how people like to organize. I took the test and said that I am more like a Cricket. I do love to organize and reorganize. I like looking at less things. Keep it simple. Things are not out sight for me. Meaning I just cannot close the door or a drawer and be okay with it being messy behind them. I know it is not organize and therefore have to clean it up. With my kids' room, I leave it alone (very hard to do) for almost a year then I take one day to clean their rooms the way I want to. While waiting for my chance to clean their room, the kids must clean after their snacks, food and no laundry lying around the room and the path to their bed and closet is safe for me to come in at bedtime. Covid-19 has stopped us from having guests stay at our house. It was my excuse to ask my husband to clean his part in the master bedroom before letting our guest use our room. Now, I am putting up with a little more mess than I like, but I have to give him grace because really he is a wonderful husband and he does try to please me. Also loved the idea of boxing your cords and rechargers in a nice out of way form. Thank you for sharing. God bless

I raised an ADD kid. He played the same game of hiding under the circular clothes racks. He said he was looking for clips and pins that fell out of the clothing. And he would come out with some every time. But calling for him never worked, just like you. So I would stand in the vicinity of where I saw him last and say something like "I guess we lost him. We might as well go home." He usually came out right away. And when he was younger, we did keep him on a leash. We got a lot of dirty looks but I'd rather have that than a lost kid.

My high functioning autism and ADHD daughter is 16 now, and OH BOY has it been a wild rollercoaster of a ride!
I used to run away and hide from my mum in malls too, she got me a white leather harness and I HATED it! 🤣 it made me feel like I was a dog! The day my little girl took off from me across a very busy carpark in our cbd and I had to buy one for her was the day I was instantly healed and forgave my mum! It was a lovely, rainbow coloured nylon webbing, I let her choose it, and she loved it because it gave her a bit more freedom than having to hold my hand. 14 years later, it's long gone now, but she still remembers it and still loves it. I still have to keep an eye on her when walking through carparks and crossing the road though lol ❤

OMG my son was diagnosed with ADHD and he does the same thing at stores! And he is almost 13! to be fair, we havent been to a store in a long while bc of the pandemic, but prior to the pandemic, he would hide in clothing racks and undeneath the fruit and vegetable stands. He would always yell, "Come and find me" and run off and hide. I would think twice about taking him to the store because he would always just run off abd quite frankly I was more afraid of something happening to him than entertaining him! Now I know that I am not alone. By the way, I did a very good job not showing the terror in my face but many people would applaud me and my patience with him because they would see how persistent he was and how I would keep my cool. It's gotten way better with age, though. Way better.

Okay I haven't been in UA-cam in a long time and oh my god you look amazing. Not that you didnt look great before (you are always so pretty) but it looks like you've lost a good amount of weight. The last time I tuned into your channel milo was a newborn so it's been a hot minute, but you look great and you seem happy and full of energy. You go mama!!

Hey I love your style and it's helped me a lot! I wanted to add I've found the boxes with hinged lids at other stores here, like Ross, Dollar General & Tuesday Morning. I love them for storage, but going to use the charging station by my bed, awesome solution! By the way love the new show. I'd like to see more of your tips and organizing products on the show, but it's really great. I'm so happy for you! Thanks for the tips!

LOL your story reminds me of one about my Mama. She would hide as well and when my Granny would find her she'd run out of the door and kick her shoes off into the street. Granny would get her shoes collect her and go back in the store. One day my Aunt Lucille was with them and Mama did her thing. When she ran out of the store it was my Aunt who went for her. When she kicked off her shoes, Aunt Lucille have her 3 or 4 good smacks on her behind, took her hand, walked her into the street and made her pick up her OWN shoes. That was the very last time she pulled that stunt.

You are so hilarious! Thank you for keeping this UA-cam channel going. I can only imagine how much more busier you are now with the tv show as well... which btw I LOVE you have inspired me again to get to those neglected spaces only hoarding junk.

Love your new show...need some more episodes quick! I'm selling my house and going through everything. Totally overwhelmed. I'm going to travel around the US in a 24 ft. Travel trailer. I'm stuck in the don't want to get rid of some stuff in case I buy a house again mindset but then also don't have a place to put it without having to pay for monthly storage. To bad I can't store it in the cloud 🤣. The part about the China dishes in the first show was very helpful. It's hard to let go of the memories or "that" part of your life. Time to move on and make new memories...
Best wishes on your show and you're doing a fabulous job!

"Organization!" It's the new Jazz Hands. Growing up, my sibs & I used to think it was HILARIOUS to crawl out under a locked bathroom door. Especially at church. Because, ya know . . . . [evil grin] ;-)

You crack me up every time!😂 I love all your videos, and tomorrow I’m going to go by a hinged box to make a charging station for all my crap, I mean cords😛
I played a game when I was young too... Fall on the floor at any store and yell at the top of my lungs, ” don't hit me again, mommy” my momma didn't think it was near as funny as I did.😬 I would get a silent threat. You know ”that look.” game over
