      @@ClearWater7.62 @rdsa hi 👋 so this is the truth here guys.. if your having trouble with any type of digestion you should really consider removing fiber and sugar immediately and in total (including fruits). This goes back to the beginning of time to the story of adam and eve and is the biggest lie ever told to man. It was the fruit that eliminated adam and eves immortality. Fiber is not needed. Sugar is not needed and it could be killing you!!! For soo long I personally delt with pain and spent every dollar i made on doctors and test with no results and only additional stress. Speaking of stress.. hot baths/cold baths/water is healing so dont be afraid to use it to cure yourself. Try it!! Along with intermittent fasting you should see results almost immediately. Hope that helps.. Australia medical has alot of videos on this topic of removing fiber/scientific studies showing 100% succes rate!!!

    I want to comment on drinking the entire lemon, I love the effects . Even my wife noticed. I could not go over an hour before needing to urinate, lots of stops when traveling. Our last trip I lasted well over two hours.
    I was drinking lemon water with no really noticeable impact. Now I just use some purified water one lemon I slice up , blend and blend and blend. I add that chunky juice to a glass of water. I really cannot thank you enough. A really simple natural improvement in my life so easy and so very cheap.

    Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing your knowledge about a problem as serious as kidney disease.
    I just wanted to add that, when it comes to preventing CKD, it's always better to focus on risk factors rather than symptoms.
    That's because when the first symptoms show up it means that the patient is already in an advanced stage of the disease.
    Risk factors, on the other hand, are always present.
    So in case of diabetes, high blood pressure, family history of kidney disease, being overweight and also over the age of 60 NEVER wait for symptoms to show up. Get checked.

    • @pabloblanco2656

    • @SitesThatSuck
      @SitesThatSuck Рік тому +13

      The first symptom or two does NOT already indicate advanced stage of CKD. Anyone of those issues or two can be due to other issues. Please don't freak people out that one symptom means advanced stage. Itchy skin could be simply dry skin, allergic reaction, stress, etc. Being tired could be a number of things. Increased thirst could simply be dehydration. Also, risk factors are NOT "always" present. Some people in early stages of CKD have no symptoms at all. In the end, regularly checkups is most important.

    Puffiness around the eyes can be explained by the kidneys leaking a large amount of protein into the urine, rather than holding it and distributing it throughout the body. The increased level of toxins makes it difficult to sleep. For this reason, when you get less sleep, you increase the chances of deteriorating kidney function.

I had encephalitis and sepsis in 2010 and since then, find my short term memory to be little more than a puff of air sometimes lol Your lists help me retain your important points. I have become a fan of your video's. They are so well presented, and not so long that there is too much to remember.
    I was CKD stage 3 for probably 25 years, I knew about it from a chance blood exam around 20 years ago. For all that time I have been bouncing around 45-59 eGFR using combined information from yourself, Dr Ekberg, Dr Ken Berry MD, and Ivor Cummins, all via an initial intro from Dr John Bergman DC. All courtesy of UA-cam. My last test suddenly had me at 78 eGFR after taking on board the combined advice.

    This makes me feel so afraid. I'm a former stage 3B rectal cancer patient. I eat eggs and besides that just green leafy vegetables, including multiple types of sprouts (both broccoli and radish), sauerkraut, cole slaw and beets. I don't over cook any green leafy veggies. I eat some carbs, like tortillas, but I read the packages to get the least amount. I had high gluclose levels the last time I had my blood work done (wasn't a fasting blood exam and I was drinking home made electrolytes - lemon, salt, maple syrup - since then I've switched to stevia) so I added more magnesium and chromium into my diet. I stayed away from the multi-grain breads and added turkey and salmon into my diet, even though I had been a vegan since 1990. All this is so new to me and I'm afraid of a fatty liver and toxic kidneys. I know you're too busy to respond to these messages but I feel like I'm failing my body. I'm 52, I walk 2 miles a day through hills, I do light stretching and sit ups daily but I don't feel like I'm 40 years old or anything close to the majority of these posts.

Due to being born with only one kidney I have been studying as much information I can to protect it by proper nutrition changes to my diet. Im 50 and for the first time in my life I’m hearing the high % of men affected by prostrate issues which leads to kidney and liver issues as well as others. My blood work showed low ferritin which made no sense to me at all. To this day I wondered why the low ferritin and now it makes sense. My baby turns out had hydrops and I developed mirror syndrome. She was also severely anemic at birth. The rest is still a mystery, but some interesting clarity over the red blood cell situation finally.
