@@YardBrah that makes all the difference. Here in the Cali desert, we were told we can only water 2 times a Week. And cannot be for more than 10 minutes on that watering day…….
Doyourown is now recommending a PGR as part of a poa annua control strategy. Paul's prime cuts youtube uses full strength Anuew pgr and gets great results controlling poa annua and triv.....
Annua, like annual. Pretty sure that is the meaning of the use of annua. Poa, like Poe. AnnUa. Gets shortened commonly to 'Po Anna', as you will hear often in the golf community.
So in the front when you saw the burned POA that was tenacity mixed with ortho nutsedge killer... in the back where you see the poa still there but controlled i used .3 oz per 1500 sqft... I always go below the recommended with tnex! ☺️🤙🏾
Looks great. Thank you for sharing. I have been thinking about using a pgr for this very purpose. Did I also notice some nutsedge back there? If so, what's your plan?
yes! you know i've been using sedgehammer and it's just not doing it justice so I ordered some prosedge.... I ordered it 2 months ago 😂 hopefully comes in soon! ☺️🤙🏾
Yeah I bagged a lot the first season and 2nd season the poa came back 10 fold… mulched all 2nd season and it came in but lighter 🤔 at the end of the day these guys throw down millions of seed and the only way to get rid of it is spray and renovate… I see no difference in bagging or munching with poa. today I was back there and you can really tell the t-nex is suppressing if not getting rid of the poa! 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾
😂😂😂 thank you! Yeah it was hard to get this here too a lot of restrictions but I called the city and they are like “put what on your lawn… we’ll if golf courses are using it go ahead” 😂😂😂 ok chief nuff said 😂😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
You know I bagged all the first season and they came back strong season 2… season 2 I mulched and this year season 3 there’s not as much 😂 poa is an interesting creature. You would think bagging would collect the seeds the the seeds have already been in the ground for years they do what they want to do… tnex though is controlling it very nicely I’m looking at the back right now and it’s looking clear! 😊🙌🏾🤙🏾🙏🏾
The bunny's favorite food is dandelions. Maybe you could let a few grow for him. He will eat them quickly! I know, saying this to the guy with the perfect lawn LOL!
I'm sure you are , just bag the poa when u cut to prevent spreading seed heads back into the lawn .. and pre emerge the hell out them Foo 's for next season 🤣. Pgr slows the production in seed heads in a majority types of grasses
Well why wouldn't you bag if you have things that you're trying to keep from spreading all the seeds and other crap you don't want to make worse......more work but that's why I always bag for that purpose at least......just wondering
Here are my thoughts… I bagged 1st season a ton and it came back 2nd season 10 fold as you can see in the video. mulched all last season and it was lighter but still came back… these seeds are forever in the ground until you spray and renovate so as long as I can tame it there’s no need to bag the seeds are already planted anyway. I was back there today and man is that t-nex really working!
Bro you have way too much fun making these videos 😂 the dancing while spraying killed me lmao
😂😂😂 it’s so fun to me! Even when hanging out with friends all we talk about now is lawn stuff 😂😊🤙🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
ProCure, only available for golf courses right now, will become the silver bullet for us northern lawn guys one day.
I've heard good things about procure... but t-nex... is like tylenol... cures everything 😂
@@YardBrah ‘tussin, not Tylenol, cures everything…. 🤪🤪

The lawn is looking even better this season then last season at this point in the year!

I hope it works. I had some last year. Luckily a simple hose end sprayer of the ortho product seemed to do the trick for me.
Surprised you did not bag the demon seed or will this stuff keep them from being viable and germinating later?
