I didnt even know this channel was still around anymore, your video on how to sharpen knives was the first video that got to to buy wetstones... from there I was addicted, started sharpening everything in the house ran out of things to sharpen and found straight razors now I make them! Thank you for starting my journey 7 years ago!

Hmmm, maybe a wasabi center would be an interesting "surprise".

Hi chef. I have been watching your videos since a year or so and been in love with sushi ever since. My favourite videos are tuna and salmon canape, tiger sushi and lobster miso soup. You look so different from all your earlier videos. More sushi making ideas and seafood sushi would be nice to watch as some of the ingredients are a little difficult to find in India. Hope you're doing well and wishing you the best.

Easy to make at home, especially the step that involves the $300 ice cream maker. Because, you know, we all have one of those little babies in the kitchen pantry. 😏
In all seriousness, cool recipe and looks delicious...but I'd have to make at least 30-40 for a party for it to be worth my time. I'm opening a cup of Ben & Jerry's if its just me. 😄

Its Chef Davy D!! Bro I’ve been following you since you had followers in the thousands. It always feels good to see you pop up in my subscription feed. I hope you’re doing well man. I had a quick question while writing this comment, would you ever do a Throwback Thursday episode? Where you cover a old recipe from 5+years ago, like the fluffy avocado smoothie. Just curious man. Stay safe Stay Healthy Daveaux! Thats your bro name 😃

@@MakeSushi1 I tried a somewhat similar thing with deviled eggs and giant shrimps. my theory was that lemon flavored popping candy would elevate the sensation. but I think the mayo inhibited the reaction. so it failed. this would be a fun thing to try out. :)

@@MakeSushi1 Most of your subscribers subscribed to watch sushi videos. Maybe if you regularly made sushi videos your subscribers would be more interested. Videos about gadgets and cool looking other foods will get those specific videos lots of views but to build a loyal audience you need to post consistent content.

Well with more molds you can make bigger batches, i have 3 sets of molds.
Also if you were to buy ice-cream you could skip the first part making ice-cream. Then its just a matter of shaping and decorating.
