ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਦੇ 5 ਤੋ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਕੱਢਣੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ। ਫਿਰ ਹੌਲੀ ਹੌਲੀ ਆਦਤ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਆ। ਬਾਕੀ ਐਸ਼ ਆਰਾਮ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਤੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਆ।
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾ ਲਵੋਗੇ ਤਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਨਾ ਭੁਲਾਓ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਾਥੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕਰਨ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਦਿਓ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡਦੇਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਹੈ

This landlord tenant debate has no winners because sometimes landlords are mean and other times students are troublesome ...I was lucky to have one of the best landlords in Canada and I stayed with them for good 3 years and all I have is a bundle of beautiful memories with them

I agree. There are some landlords who treat students very badly. My relative came but we helped him file a complaint against the landlord to the rental board. He had to return the deposit. Students are afraid but they have rights as long as they have not done anything wrong. There should be a website where the names of these landlords should be registered and also the employers who don’t pay the employees.

I know 12 families who are well know to me... They all are come back from Canada... And spend lot of money there in the name of business and buy property and in the End lot of Tax problems.....
I am in Germany from last 6 years and one of the finest country in the world to live.... And I feel Blessed.

Be aware of your rights. Go read about landlord and tenant board. Canadian government has law that protects tenants from harassment. Desi’s rent their property only to desi. Why? Because they know they won’t complain against them in landlord and tenant board. When you come here read the laws and find out about Landlord and Tenant board.
Also sign the lease agreement & read it carefully.

There may be some crappy landlords but they can be put in their proper place by just a simple complaint to Landlord and Tenant Board. But most of the student are not even half decent tanants and landlords cannot do much, even legally, without losing money. Student must realize that most landlords are subsidizing their accommodation, considering the home prices. I am sure most of the students would realize in few years how immature and naive they had been.
Right & very important to sign the lease. We meet one couple, who live here for 5 years on a working permit they didn't sign any lease in these years 😅which is not good 🙈
