I just joined a swimming team and my goal is to do this every day so that I can improve and be accepted in the schools varsity team!! I’m gonna give it my 100%😁
Cause of covid I stopped swimming for a while. Like a good 1ish year. My friend knowing that I swam desperately needed another swimmer for the school’s relay team so she begged me and i said yes! Still unable to go to the pool i looked up excersises for swimming and came a cross this one. Not only did it help me get better but i’ve noticed my body has changed both through looks and strength! Thanks for this work! Note: At first I would break ip the parts and do them at intervals throughout the day because I was so weak.😅

Day 1 of doing this! I did this on my computer so the screen is bigger, got a little sweat going! Feels good! I hope it helps for when the season starts back up! I’ll try to do this everyday and just push through the soreness and pain! (Legs were the hardest)
I used to be a competitive swimmer in highschool, and now I’m 21 and just started UNI because of Covid and my Uni has a pool and no swim team. So I’m just trying to get fit and do what I love.
Hi again! I found the 30 minute dry land workout, I finished to after the lower body one with the glutes and stuff, and then I didn’t feel good so I took a break and I’m currently eating grapes because I’m locking and grapes seemed healthier to me since we have a house full of cookies, and this all happened a couple minutes ago
Just started this workout as I’m getting back into swimming for the first time in years…not sure if I’ll be smashing 2000 yards after this but hey ill be doing this on my days off swimming… will that benefit me?!😊
@@diaryofnricom163 yes actually! My times got so much better started from getting participation awards too getting third second and first place on a normal basis!
is it okay if I did this after I went outside eating? Be because earlier this day we trained and then me and my teammates went outside for eating but tomorrow we have training in the morning so you know I did this to burn the food is it all right?? btw I did your 30 min work out last time and rn I feel very light thank you!!

Yes it is okay to do the workout after eating., although you may feel discomfort if you have recently eaten a lot.
