They now have a new and updated swivel jack !
    www.crofttrail...
Modify the existing Croft TJWK10 - Pneumatic Wheel Kit to properly swivel for use with electric trailer movers such as:
Purpleline Enduro Mover, Truma Caravan Mover, Rhyno Charger, etc
Use this for any trailer that required an electric mover such as the R-Pod, T@DA, Airstream, etc

Really great idea to increase maneuverability with the least amount of push n pull for RVs and Boats. Well done.

Using a step drill bit would make this easier. Harbor Freight has them. Use a lubricant such as WD-40 sprayed onto the drill hole as you drill out the metal. Use a slow setting on your drill. If you drill without lubricating the metal and at a high speed you will overheat the bit and wear it out very quickly.
Also, how about not grinding the original 2" cylindrical attachment but simply drilling your hole from the underside of the metal and mounting the swivel part to the underside. It appears that you could retain the original mounting option and add the swivel... best of both worlds! And, the wheels could then be used with both styles of swiveling trailer jack.
Nice job overall! I am going to do the same project and stumbled upon your video after I had made plans to do the same thing.

I like the WD40 tip, thanks ! I didn't want the cup still attached, but yes, you could flip the plate, keep the old cup in the bottom and use a new cup on the top. Seeing that I had an angle grinder I just didn't want stray parks that were unnecessary in the mechanism that could interfere.

WD-40 is not a good cutting oil, I suggest you spend $3 and save a bit.

Why not just put a longer bolt that runs threw the wheels and add two bigger wheels on each side of the swivels

@@joecote827 You totally could! I prefer this solution for our scenario. Your mileage may vary.

2:30 a step-bit is the best way to go to enlarge a hole.

Put a small car hub on it...like a rear corolla hub

I've seen one where they just removed the stock single caster (hard plastic)
Ran a length of steel rod to make an axle, and mounted two large rubber tires on either side of the caster mounting ears. Something like this should be available on the open market? If so I can't find it.

Great video! I have a purple line mover for my trailer and the same single wheel + gravel difficulty you described in your other video showing the mover. Does this wheel work better on gravel?

Yup, works a lot better on gravel.

I was wondering if you might have a link to the dual wheel before modification ? Please share a link if you can. Great video. This is exactly what I need.

May I ask what it is that you are using to control and move your trailer ? Is it something built-in or something that you bought and added ?
