I’m just getting into fishing again with my two boys like you! Buying my own boat next year. More Gear would be great! Love the videos
That’s so awesome fishing with your sons is an amazing experience. Good luck to you.
I put in up high Friday and was going to camp on the river all weekend. It was impossible-- debris was so bad I had to check my K15s every 7 minutes. Fished for 3 hours and then gave up, especially after my jet clogged, 3x.
Conditions I'm told are much better today.
I'll wrap a prawn cocktail on my plugs too.
Last spring, some old dude hammered the fish, backtrolling a michael jackson with a red ass, with a prawn stuck on the front hook.
great vid, thx.
Dang brother im sorry to hear that yeah it was a smaller but similar experience as us! Prawn cocktail sounds like freakin winner to me. Hmm thats crazy ive got to try some prawn/coonie cocktails!
Helllz yeah!! Just randomly found your sight as im sitting next to the clearwater ...maybe see ya out there😎😎🎣🎣
Hope to see you out there brotha!!

So Sick man! EPIC!
Always enjoy you sharing your experiences and knowledge. Really wanting to start making it over to the clearwater from Western Montana to chase chinook and steelhead. Went to Brewster last year and had a blast. There are some similarities in how we chase Mackinaw with downriggers on Flathead.
Thank you so much, man. I really appreciate it. Happy to share. Are you going to Brewster this year? Be there for a few days catch any giant Mack’s?
New to your channel but love the videos, saw one recently you drove right through my hometown of Kennewick!!
I stop at sprotsman to get my coonshrimp for salmon everytime i pass threw! good luck on the giveaway brotha!
Thanks!
No problem!
The Clearwater was fire this year...wish they had kept it open a little longer.
No joke it was there and gone to fast!
This week looks like it might be alright for water flow. Although we are getting snowed on currently and been raining off and on the last few days. I am hopping to hit hog island next weekend.
I’m hoping the end of the week in June will be good solid flows cuz I’m down south right now and won’t be on the river until June 6th!
Come on over with your two boys to the Willamette! You could run 6 rods and keep 6 fish (good luck)!!
That sounds freaking awesome man! When does the spring in season end on the Willamette?
@walkingonwaterfishing One day in 2020 my dad and I had 6 on and 4 keepers by 7am. Best Springer day possible. Just FYI (on 3rd of July). It doesn't end until mid July
Do you know if you can plunk draino or wher to bank fish in Washington
People throw wobblers on Drano. But honestly you can plunk anywhere the Columbia is open on the Washington side. As well as any bigger tributary leading in from the ocean as long as it’s open!
Love the videos. Keep them coming.
Thanks, will do!
