  • Cutting the last of the firewood pile - I cut up some cherry logs and a big diameter red oak round into coins for smoker wood. I had to bag up the seasoned cherry in one of the crates in smoker city in order to store the cherry coins after I split them up.

Its extremely hard to split everything in the woodyard, even more so for me considering that I do smoker wood. I had to run into the yard just to batten down the hatches before the 48 hr. rain. I busted up those oak rounds into the crate and covered it over, as well as the mulberry and the freshly split campwood.

Good morning I'm finished firewood until the fall, now I've started gardening and lawns plus I work full-time 😅

Your lucky we are in to winter snow storm with 8 “ and still come down . Speaking to turn over at mid night with rain 🌧. Poor drying weather in the 709 . 😊

We had mostly rain and a bit of snow last couple nights. Ya lots of damp air there! We're lacking frigid dry air temps in winter lately, which of course helps wood to dry.

Hey Anthony, great video. I have 2 suggestions - don't take it the wrong way. But I loved the music you played - you can over dub the chainsaw. And the second half where you split - I wouldn't mind watching it at normal speed, instead of time lapse. Excellent quality by the way. You do you!

Hey, thanks for your input. There are lots of possibilities with how to edit a portion of a video while incorporating music. About timelapse scenes, any creator would love to make long videos with real time footage, but the problem is that people watch less than half or only a few minutes of a video and youtube is more inclined to promote videos with higher viewer retention time. Regarding adding music, one has to acquire a large selection which takes a lot of time, matching the scenes, emotions, and sometimes the music taste of the demographic, and then you have to make sure you're not overusing the same music to bore the viewers. After doing hundreds of videos, it gets frustrating ro try to create content that isnsomehat unique to my other videos and sometimes i just leave music out so that i dont everuse my music tracks. All in all, one has to adhere to the general personality or characteristics of typical youtube videos, which has accumulated to a working format, that is essentially based on the viewers. Cheers
