The temple of doom Indy with the ripped off sleeve was always my favorite too! I used to always play as him and Willie in free play in the Lego Indy game.
Hey man, great vid again, love the year 1 video, I was wating for this one, and you didin't dissapoint 1 bit, great narrative and very sensire opinions. Just one quick question, what music did you use? Its amazing, is it from and indiana jones video game by any chance? Thanks!
@@nerol984 thanks man! Almost all of the music is from the Uncharted video game series! I cannot recommend playing those games enough if you like Indiana Jones! A lot of the music from this episode is from Uncharted 3 specifically but not all of it.
By no means is it a bad set. Just one of my least favorite indie sets! I still think it’s solid though! Also that’s just my opinion! Many love the Shang Hai chase. It’s all up to personal preference!
such a shame Lego didn't utilise the Bridge scene, Pancot palace, the plane ( with raft) club obi wan and more of the mine cart chase for Lego sets ( but they have done sets which resemble those scenes, so if you have those older sets. you can make more Temple of doom scenes)
Yknow what would be a cool way for you to rate sets? The minikit counter sound at the end of levels counting to ten. You remember that "wha-bang" sound? Just a thought I had randomly while watching. Awesome video!

Another great video! Love retrospectives and this really takes me back. Such great memories with these sets from back in the day. Great coverage here with fair ratings. Very much enjoy. I’ll be ready for the next one
I always thought it was really interesting how some figures in the lego game had completely different appearances because they were developed along side and before the first year of LIJ. So you get 2 variants of temple of doom characters that were designed by 2 completely separate teams. It makes me wonder what the game figures that lego never made would look like if they were designed to be put in the sets instead.
I like Indiana Jones.
Bro same
Me too
I too enjoy the occasional Indiana Jones
So do I kid, so do I.
Babe wake up, Lego Indiana Jones retrospective 2 is out
🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🕺🏻
Bummed i missed out on the temple of doom set back in the day. I have most of the first wave sets. They were all great!

Another great video! It truly is a shame the reboot doesn't live up to the epic waves of sets we got beforehand.
The new sets are objectively better than the old ones they are remaking, so I have to disagree

5:22 Its Nice To See A Minifigure That Matches My Physique.
10:18
The reason why is during the scene a Cairo mercenary cuts Indiana Jones off with an MP40, stopping him from saving Marion.
@@brycevo I’ve come to realize this. I think the reason it threw me off is that’s towards the very end of the sequence
Fight on the flying wing is one of my all time favorite Indiana Jones sets!
I love it! Might be one of the most violent LEGO scenes ever made.
Love the uncharted 3 music
7:47 only 8.9%??? you gotta get that number up bro smh
Hahaha I completed the main campaign long ago. This was just the early footage
damn I only ever got the shanghai chase set and everybody seems to think its a mid set...

6/5 vid, even better because you used Peril from the Halo 2 Soundtrack 🎶
I can’t remember which came first: Obsessed with LEGO Indiana Jones or obsessed with LEGO Indiana Jones the Video Game
I would 100% enjoy seeing you just talk about the other stuff that came out like the game and other merchandise.
You should play the Lego video game man that’s a good video for you. 👍🏽
Awesome vid
