      It would probably be more affected by nearby market conditions... but who knows, maybe the Rainey street ripper has a unit nearby😳

    The first unit is only impressive for the views... that actual condo is ugly as hell and cheap shelving in the closets are an insult for the price point ... where do you get $282,481K per year? A hard pass even if I had the money...
