The bracket you made looks like a tire lever was that bitchy enough!

Never thought of that . . . multi-use, twice as good!

Big step in the right direction, but I think i would have kept the hugger on. It would have stopped a lot of crud getting onto the new shocks too buddy. But we are all different and it’s your bike not mine so it’s what suits you really. Tack care now and look forward to the test ride mate

I do like the ‘open’ look it has created and I’d rather see the swingarm than a hugger, especially as this carbon hugger had started to discolour quite badly. If the dirt really becomes to much of a problem I’d possibly invest in a much shorter gloss black hugger. Thanks for your input, Atb Buddy

Wey ya bugger, those black shocks look much better than the red. Red shocks and blue spider pegs, what are some people like eh!..I agree, I think it looks much better without the hugger, I'm not a fan of how they look either. It was hard to tell for the 'zorst mount, I could hardly see it, but maybe that was the plan?!...it would be a bit of a shame if it hides the lurvly new shock though. Is there not somwhere for another mounting point more towards the back of the bike?.. Like a luggage strap or something that you could repurpose?.. But as I say, it can't be bad as I couldn't notice it really. Ps, is it still raining in Newcastle?.. Wey aye bonny lad. Especially everytime I've got a day off, or I leave work to 'gan yearm...enjoyed having a bit of a longer vid, good stuff, and new paint on mediocre looks sweeeeet!.. Rsmf 😁👍

I bought a cheap pair of Hagons to stick on as my left shock was also leaking. I'm getting the originals refurbed as I prefer to keep the original look.

I wonder if the left shock was a known failure point? Thanks for watching and commenting, Atb

Gonna do the same thing with mine, cheap pair of hagons (180 quid ebay) and get the originals refurbed, do you know if its gotta be done professionally? or can it be DIY.. the left side has gone on mine aswell.

    Hi ya.
This is not a critersisum & love the look just that the exhaust bracket hides the shock.

Hi, to have the open look i wanted I needed to make that sacrifice. . . I keep looking at utilising the foot peg mounting point and coming straight down from there . . . but I’ve not really got the free time at the moment. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
