- In November 2017 after working for over a decade in the Automotive industry for corporate business, we took the plunge and started advertising for private work.
By August 2018 we were working exclusively for ourselves and constantly had a ridiculous amount of vehicles (in front of our house). By the end of September our neighbours had enough of V8 Landcruisers (fair enough really) in our quiet suburb in North Brisbane and we were asked by the Council to cease trading in front of our house.
We signed a lease on a commercial premises and renovated over the Christmas break, opened our brand new workshop in January 2019.
As if this journey wasn't wild enough we decided to "practice what we preached" and build a "BAW 79"' in April 2019. We sold both our company vehicles (RG Colorado Ute and Colorado 7) and bought a 79 series.

Did they re-coat the paint around the the cut out for the snorkel? would rust out if ya just slap some rubber around the hole..... ( 12:40 )
Hey Will_C no different to any other snorkel install. With every install safari or stainless all cut outs are coated with industrial grade rust prevention
