week one of watching this video to hellp with my shot anxiety: i survived and i had it done by 3:44 which feels successful!! i've been having trouble getting it deep enough to not leak (IM in my thigh) cause it kinda hurts more when it reaches the muscle through the fat, but I did it last week and I did it today !

That's for intravenous injections not for intramuscular because with intravenous injections you need to check wether you actually went into a vein or not
I'm also on Sustanon so i would like to give you a tip. I inject my T on the side of my leg with a 21g 1 1/2 inch needle. it's a different muscle (i think) so you could change to that site when you feel scar tissue being an issue.
I always use a piece of cloth or something to protect my hand when breaking it open. I recommend flicking the top for a little before breaking it to get any air bubbles out!
Great video! So where you are injecting is called the rectus and I heard it’s not a great place to inject because of a main artery and nerves . Is this the way you were taught at yours doctors? If so then I may try it . I was told the outside of my thigh which is confusing me lately Becuse I’m scared it’s not being injected in the correct spot on my part. The nurses were doing it for me for a while and now I learned . Just sometimes have a hard time drawing up when the bottles lower& having a hard time finding a spot to inject

it’s totally normal to bleed a bit after a shot! even when you get shots at the doctor’s office you might bleed since you’re puncturing the skin with a needle :) if your shot bleeds a lot or doesn’t stop bleeding you should see a doctor though
I shot my first testosterone injection.....But it gets swelling & lamp & pain.....What can i do....Plz somebody help.... Whatever I do lamps not gone....😢🤷♂️
you might have injected in the wrong area, or you didn't warm the testosterone up before your shot, which can cause painful injections and bruising afterwards! i recommend using a warm compress on the site to see if that helps, and massage the area a bit with some pain relief cream if you have any. if it doesn't go away, ask your doctor!
yeah, like roll the vial between your hands for a few seconds, or blow on it, that's what i do to warm the T up. it makes it less thick so it's quicker and less painful to inject
Do u have any recommendations on what size needle too use for drawing the t and injecting because I’ve been researching and lots of ppl are saying different sizes
i used to use 18 gauge to draw and 21 gauge to inject but now i can’t find the 18 gauge anywhere so i just use the same needle to draw and inject, which some people say is bad to do but i haven’t had any issues

i find 5 ml syringes from the grocery store and they work fine for me since i take 1 ml of sustanon but if you have a smaller dose then i’d suggest looking for something smaller to be sure you’re dosing accurately!

Watch other people do their injections. It gives you a confidence boost knowing what you’re doing & how quick and easy it can be.

Yes but it's ok if you forget to do so.
i used to do that when i first started but after a while i just started forgetting and then stopped completely. i haven't had any issues tho!

yeah i was taught to do it on my thigh, and my nurses showed me the top part. but i have seen/heard people doing it on the side of their thigh too!

i think it has to do with the type of testosterone. sustanon is usually given in higher doses that are more spaced out, so that's probably a factor
