    I love these movements. I watch it and say no way I can’t do that, so I try it and then I get halfway. That night I try it and I go all the way. They should be teaching this in school for gym class.

    You should program an app:
    - Basic OS resets, videos, tipps
    - 12 weeks program to follow
    - morning/evening routines
    - 1 daily movement snack
    - your new rites?
    You have so much content online and it‘s hard to keep everything together!

      I’m sorry to hear that Ryan. You must have some wide feet! The Vivo Stealth is also a great shoe. I have 2 pairs of those. The Xero Prio has a very wide toe box, the Speed Force does seem a slight more narrow.

    What if I can't roll up to my knees? I get to my feet with my hands behind me but can't move forward from there

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  3 роки тому +1

      Without actually being able to see you move, or visualize you, I’m just guessing at what to tell you. However, the principles remain the same: Just move where your body will let you go and explore from there. It doesn’t have to look pretty and it’s okay if it looks like an accident. Eventually the body will give you more motion and smoother motion. You may also need to stagger your feet or move asymmetrically to get to your knees. That is okay. You may even need to put a prop or stool around you to help you figure it out. That is okay, too. It’s mostly about exploration. From there, the discoveries grow.
      I hope this helps some.

    is it advisable to roll additionally on your neck or shoulder girdle?

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  4 роки тому +2

      I guess that would depend on the person. I enjoy rolling on my shoulder girdle and occasionally on my neck. I mix it up with how I feel. Depending on the person’s ability and health, this can be great.
