Why do all the Ramen Heroes & Villains wear masks?

Short answer: Software Limitations that Comic Draw unfortunately has & it's a quicker way of drawing them.
But just because it's a limitation doesn't mean it's a huge annoyance visually because the heroes & villains can still look cool in action.
