    You should not waste this type of body
    At first you should do 6 kriya(action). Do one kriya 2 month
    1.dhoti
    2. Neti
    3.basti
    4.nauli
    5.kapal bharati
    6.tratak
    After a year your body will be totally clean And then do Pranayama.
    Because of this 6 kriyas you can hold your breath very very long time.
