Are you aware that you are doing this by mechanical movement and speed and only you are rotating your body on shoulder girdle? Almost all your tips are not correct because of this. This is very popular for men, because they have smaller hip than shoulder girdle on the contrary female's body (bigger hip than shoulder girdle). You are doing this only by mechanical and anatomical predispositions and on your joints - not by energy from the bandhas. Not by core... That's why you can't keep your knees so close to the chest (you need bandhas to this) and cross them in correct way because your pelvis isn't connected with bandhas, that's why you are lifting up so high your hip in relation to shoulders, and that's why you put there navasana (which also you are doing not correct - you cant keep legs straight and close to the ribs) to have bigger swinging. And according ashtanga vinyasa counting - you cant put there navasana, because you dont have another breath and number for this vinyasa's movement. What you are presenting is popular by people who dont do ashtanga as daily practice for years (like minimum ten years), because if it could be like this you would know this is not correct because you will have many injuries if you are doing using your joints like this. If you do this occasionally then you dont feel the consequences...And the biggest shock is like you are doing urdhva mukha svanasana and moving to adho mukha svanasana... Caturanga is also very weak. All this vinyasa looks very bad... How can you teach if you are making so many mistakes? You could learn from old Ashtangis like here how to do this. Then you can teach this - it is more fair for students and all tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It is not a circus, it is deep knowledge about life energy and how to create and manage them by bandhas. I give you the Trio - three the best teachers: Laruga: ua-cam.com/video/U9G3ZlU9H2M/v-deo.html David and Jelena: ua-cam.com/video/mqpbELU3chQ/v-deo.html and Kino Mac Gregor: ua-cam.com/video/-BQ16P8APHo/v-deo.html
