Thank you, such an inspiring practice! And last but not least I love this poetry into savasana... "Soften from the centreline out, releasing all of the effort from the practice, releasing all attachment to technique. Soften the space behind the eyes, soften the cheeks and jaw. Release any tension from the soft palate, let it slide and drain down the back of the throat into the emptiness of the body. Allow the attention to move to the centre of the heart. Into the centre of natural generosity, kindness and compassion. And allow the attention to melt there, even as the body melts into the earth."
You are a talented teacher! I love the softness of your approach. I did stop it at 32:22 because by that point, there had been 5 ads. I know it's how you make money, although perhaps the settings with less ads would be helpful to your community to avoid frustration :)
What a great practice, thank you! New primary series videos are so welcome here. Beautiful scenery, beautifully edited. It is inspiring to so see the teacher's focus, breathing capability and Drishtis. Thank you 🙏
this is incredible! half an hour into the practice I realized I was really far away from being able to follow along with the video, and yet I'm so inspired to continue into my yoga journey to eventually reach a point where I can come back here and enjoy this practice with you. thank you!
beautiful..you become most like the five people you hang out with..so grateful to find you..its an amazing practice and makes me do my best thank you Mr. Ty.. would you direct me too the opening prayer too learn for myself ..or anyone that may know.. Namaste'.. love it peace..
The best yoga video ever...Many many thanks to Ty Landrum and Sigismondi Photography. My each morning is beautiful, and i owe it to you. Every morning i send my thanks to you. This is truely best yoga video ever. My small request, if one more video can be made with 1 hour duration, that would be of great help, specially for working people so that we can follow it on daily basis. Many thanks again for posting this, for sharing your praticse. I have become a big big fan.
This was magical to practice along with ❤️ I was only able to follow along with about 70% of the practice, but it was inspiring. Thank you! Loved the sunset.
Thank you for the wonderful videos that you produce and post! The selection of Yoga practicers and the locations are superb!. Mi emoziona vedere le Alpe Italiani dopo quasi un anno di assenza..
Thank you for sharing this class. I liked the pace. Unfortunately the ads in between are very annoying and disturbing, especially when they happen during asanas where it's not easy to skip them.
great inspiring practice and beautiful chanting, but i found the couting uneven. sped through some of the strength building postures like virabhadrasana 1 and 2, Bhujapidasana, utthita hasta, and went nice and slow through the suryas and janu sirsanasas. i had to play the video back a few times to get my timing correct.

Dear Alessandro, beautifull video as always. Since this is educational video maybe you could ad asana names and timeline for every asana. If anyone is looking for instructions for specific asanas it would be lot easier. Best regards Milos
wonderful practice. can however someone explain why the intonation of inhale, exhale and counting is the way it is? like it is a must to mimic patthabi jois' voice in ashtanga circles? this robs the authenticity for me for many yogis and yoginis...
Hi! This video is beautiful as many have said ❤ I wanted to ask you something. As I am begging my drop back journey, I was wondering what's the drishti when leaning back to the mat. I think I saw you gazing toward the nose, am I correct? It's very inspiring seeing you make it look THAT easy. Love from Argentina :)
Bellissimo video, complimenti, ti seguo sempre con ammirazione! Poi Ty Landrum é davvero uno spettacolo! Per curiositá: che zona delle Alpi é stato girato il video? Grazie mille!
It would be nicer if the counting is consistent, without so may breaks. It’s really enjoyable to watch the video but annoying to follow the counting to practise.
This used to be my favorite asthanga video, but from a couple of days it can't be followed due to an enormous amount of advertisement that break the practice and my concentration. Of course I understand you need to monetize your beautiful work, but please don't ruin the practice.
Hello beautiful beings, I am new to Ashtanga and I would like some information. I know some people practice 6 days a week, is a primary class-practice always taking 1,5 hour? So do you practice this once a day or do you break it up? All info is welcome. Namaste
It depends where you are in your practice . I personally, practice 6 days a week and the full primary series which takes me about 1:20 hrs in one sitting. But some people practice 3-5 days a week they might/ might not finish the series, depends where they are in their practice. But I always say do what works for you because yoga is a deeply personal experience.

When did you start yoga drills?
why he does not catch the big toe in Utthita Trikonasana ? Thanks :D
I guess for better alignment but you can ask him directly maybe
Pleasing to see, I'm going to start doing that too from now on, stop reaching for the toe and throwing everything out of kilter

That is likely UA-cam, not the video maker
David Bulger it is the video maker but not ty the pratictione. Ty has a 2h session with no commercial break...check it out
If you fast forward until there's a few seconds left, let the video run out, and then press the replay button, it will knock off all the ads! 😘 ✌️ 💚

What a shame it’s repeatedly interrupted by so many ads almost the entire way through.

Why they all count breaths in English and movents in Sanskrit? :))
