I grew up in LA and always thought it was filmed on Location in SoCal. That neighborhood looks a lot like places in the San Fernando valley of LA right down to the mountain backdrop.
This was super cool to see Omggg. This is one of my favorite movies!!! Had a crush on Benny the Jet Rodriguez!!💙😂 I’m 29 now and I still get excited watching this movie!
I saw this movie in the theatre, it was a huge theatre with a huge screen and the seating capacity of 800 seats, even then I didn’t pick up on the kids being more well off. Great video.
Great video. I've always been under the impression that the dog seems so big, and looks so menacing early on is because of how terrified the kids are of it, and they perceive it as a monster. It's only near the end of the film, that they see the dog for what it really is. I could be wrong, though.
I just tried to go to the actual sandlot yesterday. I was disappointed I was not able to go in. I mean, I could have if I hopped over somebody’s fence. Lol
Which out of bennys situation and squint’s situation which would you say more interesting Benny getting chased by the dog or squints kissing the life guard
If they made the field look like the sandlot again they could possibly make money. I don't understand ppl that wouldn't want visitors. Seems like a missed opportunity.

We have both lived in the LA area and you're right it looks very well like it could have been filmed there.
Likewise man.
Benny was so great to smalls. He treated him, like a real best friend.
I know😭💙
He did!

THROW SANDLOT POOL PARTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
I'm 31 now. So I am super happy to be born in that generation 🥰🥰🥰
Whoa bro at all these years I didn't know there was mountains in the background holy s***
One of the epic kids baseball movie of the 90s.
It really is.
Thank you… really. Thank you
MLB Needs To Come The Sandlot
That sucks the field is gone. So sad.😭😭😭 they need to put it back to the field.
Definitely. Even get the actor played Wendy and squinch reenact there seen.
That would be fun.
The mountains behind the houses changed too
The beast got the baseballs.
One of my favourite films as a kid and still low as a nearly 27 year old but I with you am really disappointed with the actual sandlot
Imagine living in those houses
You are very pretty. Great Video.
You're killing me smalls
Classic
I just tried to go to the actual sandlot yesterday. I was disappointed I was not able to go in. I mean, I could have if I hopped over somebody’s fence. Lol

You should have gone visited Hercules. He's still alive.
It was 55 degrees when they shot the pool scene.
Idk about the "rich kids" bc you see the houses smalls ham Benny lived in? Far cry from "poor kid"
Love y work y do just saying that y a beautiful lady just saying love y work

i use to like mike vitar growing up
Sandlot pool party?!?!??
Let's do this. 😎🌞
I’m surprised everything looks petty much the same! Too bad you couldn’t get to the sandlot! They’re missing an opportunity there! -S
I would be really cool if you could see it better.
I know the tree the the club house where add on's. Also the beast house.
Good to know. Thanks!
nooooooo the sandlot diamond isn't there anymore? that's so disappointing!
What. City is this
UTAH
I wonder how much it actually cost to live in those houses because you know they use for filming and the actors we’re in the houses so yk
They didn’t go to the neighbor because squints said he is the meanest man in town
I was born in '89 boys so that's close
I thought she would have got to Los Angeles to Dodgers Stadium.
It would have been cool to go there. Hopefully someday.
Technically the fence between the sandlot and the old mans yard wouldn't be there bc it collapsed towards the end when it fell on the beast
Lol you make a great point.
That was really cool, but the actual sandlot was disappointing.
All green and vibrant grass in the movie. Real life is all brown and lifeless. How sad.
The drug store where they buy the baseballs.
Indeed
Sand lot suxs
