@@mikeeey300 love that for you bro you're doing great, got my follow. I'm bout to have this playing while i play elden ring lol. im at level 40 and still haven't beaten that horse knight thing smh.. i could be taking the game way too serious haha so i need this.
Here's a combat tip. There is a hidden posture bar. Charged heavy attacks, jumping heavy attacks and weapon arts/ashes of war fill the bar quickly then you can break posture and get a crit and wake the boss up with a charged heavy too. Then when in combat with bosses their combo strings are triggered by positioning. If you stand in front of a boss it will assume you're all good to keep dodging combos and getting hits in during delayed attacks and combo branch points. If you want to bait specific attacks or make the boss jump away for a little breath then you can use your positioning in relation to the boss to make them act in a way advantageous to you.
@@mikeeey300 They're kinda pulling your leg. Mechanically Dark Souls 1 is the easiest. Everything in that game is slow as hell if you played the later games first, especially if you played Elden Ring first. Boss-wise, 2 has the least variety/rehashed from 1 so it's "easy" (lazy).
Yo just finished watching your Persona 3 series and saw you were playing some Elden Ring! Some tips here, first off, if you ever get stuck on ANY boss just remember that this is game is BIG, so don't be afraid to step back, go explore other areas, level up, get some better gear and then get back on that boss and SPANK him, for stats the main ones you want to be looking at are vigor and endurance so you don't run out of stamina so often in boss fights and so you can tank some more hits with vigor which is essencial for this game, for the other stats, well that depends on your build, judging by the class you picked, you're gonna want to level up some of your faith and dexterity/strenght (but remember, vigor and endurance are top priority, to a degree ofc), but it's up to you man, this game offers SO MUCH build variety, go with whatever suits you as a player more, good luck with this game, you're in for a treat!
Loving the first episode, word of advice by the way if you wanna keep using bleed weapons be sure to regulary level arcane as the higher your arcane the faster bleed will proc
DAAAANNNGGG, I’m gonna start upgrading Arcane HEAVY, thanks for the heads up. Definitely when u see me upgrade in part 3👌🏽 Cuz part 2 is already recorded
@@mikeeey300Just a general tip: Arcane only increases bleed for weapons that scale with it (such as blood or occult infusion). And it's worth noting that arcane won't boost the weapons you're using at all with the current infusions you have.
Also good job getting the left half medallion at the end of the video. You’ll need both halves to progress the game. Technically there’s a way to progress without them but it’s easier to just find the right half now
We all got jumpscared by that damn dragon lmao Oh, and a tip, you can hit from either side when riding Torrent even with a one handed weapon, L1 will make you hit on the left side - would definitely help for horseback bosses like Agheel and the mariner
My biggest piece of advice I could give is to dodge into enemies attacks instead of away. That way you can instantly follow up with your attack instead of running to the enemy
Great work cleaning up Limgrave Mikey! I saw you fumbling with your Quick Items in a fight at one point, which is a Souls problem as old as the genre. But what can help you with that is that if you *hold* down on the D-pad, it will quickly go to whatever is in your first Quick Item slot, which you probably want to be your Crimson Flasks. This can save your ass when you need to heal Right Now. The same is true for spells and holding up on the D-pad. You don't have enough spells yet for that to really matter but it could be useful later.

Your journey gets way easier if level vigor early, it doesn't seem obvious but you'll outlast most battles. Oh and summon spirits before you engage enemy, you're wide open when you summon.✌️
Dope vid ! I recommend playing offline, there are a few messages left by the developers that are impossible to find with online mode, the ghosts are annoying asf, and NPC invasions work either way. You can always turn it to online mode when you want to PVP 🤷
Hey im just going to tell you that Vigor is by far the first stat you should be upgrading. your dmg doesn't really come from your stats as much as it does from the level of your weapon. so taking hits is by far the most important thing.
Ok, Mikeeey, words of advice, when it comes to leveling up, I recommend you mostly focus on leveling up your vitality (health) and endurance (stamina and weight limit), as the other stats is completely up to you. Want to use big, heavy weapons like greatswords/axes/hammers? Level up strength 💪! Want to use small, fast/nimble weapons like shortswords/daggers/rapiers and claws/knuckles? Level up dexterity! Want to focus mainly on magic spells? Level up mind (mana) and then intelligence (dark/offensive magic) or faith (white/healing magic). Also, there are special weapons that come with special attacks/abilities, so be on the lookout for those! Also, I recommend you wear mediums/light armor to dodge more and have more I-frames. Explore every nook and butthole of this world, dude. There's so many things like sidequests do and secrets to find. Other than that, I'm looking forward to more episodes of this series(especially seeing you rage). Keep up the great work like always, man👍🏾
so you asked what stats you should spend your runes on. You should upgrade your stats depending on what build you're doing. If you're going for a build using incantations mainly, upgrade your faith a tone and upgrade dexterity some. Btw, your vigor should get leveled up all the way to at most 60. But 50 is recommended most of the time. There's still a lot to say, but the best way for you to get help is for you to decide what type of build your gonna do. Just to list a few: bleed builds: they mainly get their damage from blood loss. Blood loss does crazy chunks of damage and takes away a ton of hp. Think of blood loss as a critical hit. For a bleed build, you'll mainly need to upgrade arcane and dexterity. Intelligence build: I think it's pretty obvious where your stat points are mainly gonna go into for this type of build. But you'll also need to upgrade dexterity a little bit so your sorceries come out faster. If you're going for this type of build, you'll be staying away from your enemies pretty often while still doing good damage. If you also wanna use melee for this type of build, you should get the moonveil katana. It's ash of war does great posture damage and will break your enemy's stance often. Just make sure to find the right opening to use it. Faith build: Once again, it's obvious where you're gonna be putting your runes into. But once again, also put points in dexterity as well so your incantations come out faster. Faith and intelligence builds are kinda the same but not really. Intelligence builds need a staff in order to use sorceries. Faith builds need a seal in order to use incantations. Because of the class you chose, faith is your highest stat. Faith builds utilize attacks that mainly consist of lighting and fire. You can also heal with faith builds without using flasks. Faith builds also have buffs that can be used on any type of build. So for a lot of builds, you'll see people have at most 25 or 33 faith for specific buffing incantations. Dexterity build: Dexterity builds consist of weapons with faster attacks. Because of this quick attack speed, you do crazy burst damage. I recommend the Nagakiba katana or the Bandits Curved Swords for an early dex build. This is because both these weapons can be found in limgrave (the starting section of the map). Strength builds: Strength builds consists of big ass greatswords and greathammers. These builds are basically a trade. Slow swing speed for crazy damage. But I won't elaborate too much on strength builds because I can just feel that this isn't your type of build. Besides, other builds can do crazy damage with even faster attack speed. These are the main builds of the game. Now whats left for you to do is just to choose which weapon class you want. Buts that's more fun to decide by exploring.
Honestly I haven’t played any Souls like games fr🤔 Make Hollow Knight if that counts but the gameplay is very different it’s just really difficult bosses as well😂

Buts that's more fun to decide by exploring.
bro you are very skilled. I am guessing fighting game background??
Honestly I haven’t played any Souls like games fr🤔
Make Hollow Knight if that counts but the gameplay is very different it’s just really difficult bosses as well😂
@@mikeeey300 I was thinking more of smash bros or street fighter/tekken
