I’m probably just very, very triggered, but the second I get the slightest whiff of negative, unnecessarily rude tone being used towards me or other Black women, I dip out. Cut off. Block. Delete. Place distance. I won’t even tolerate it from the man and woman responsible for my genetic makeup. I refuse to be talked down to, ever and when I see it happening to other Black women I either step in to tell that person to stop, or I tell the woman to walk away.
I did this last week towards a supervisor and she thought i would just shut up and do it. My other black supervisor seen how she talked to me and of course told me I was in the wrong. Its a good thing i was leaving that place anyway. But i was upset at my black supervisor for also not having my back with the white one.
I’m happy you highlighted that it’s a spiritual thing as well. The behaviour is very alien, it is not of the Most High at all. BLK women carry the mitochondrial dna from the first Modern Human beings, and it’s by no coincidence that the manosphere uses “modern women” as synonymous to BLK women, but have now spread that across all races of women (thus the Passport bros going to other countries where they think women are more “traditional”). It’s a very demonic spirit that these dudes have sold their souls to, and women need to emancipate themselves from the low vibrational rhetoric and beliefs that they were taught.
I see this all too often to us, black women. I shut it down asap when the tone the words feel bad in my body..I shut it down. Don't accept that from nobody like family members friends boyfriend girlfriends..nobody. if you don't... you're going to suffer spiritually and emotionally down the road. Those verbal attacks will rise up in your spirit in some way or fashion if you accept it and let it in.

Respectfully, verbal abuse also happens in families, so we need to apply the same logic here as well..because it’s starts in our families.
