Over all stay stress free and sit quietly for at least 10 minutes or less till warmth returns to body. Still sleep without ceiling fan, or /C blowing, and keep a beanie cap on at night. Do you have polyp blockage. I did and had surgery. I’ve never had so much relief from a surgery. That was eight years ago. The downside has been chronic frequent infections with post nasal drip.Sometimes the polys come back . Mine have. implanted steroids have kept the passages open. They no longer pack the nose with loose gauze after surgery which was dreadful. New methods allow the nose to stay open. Now it’s time for my yearly ragweed season. Good luck.
