I don’t understand why the toilet is in one room and the bidet is in another. Who wants to walk bare butt to another room to clean their bum? Lol

Full or empty, I love to see all of these beautiful homes left to rot. It's a shame because it could still be an amazing home this one.
I will never get over these homes being left with such beautiful furniture still inside. It's a shame.

It looks like multiple generations lived there. And when it was time to leave, and there was time to plan for it, family members took everything they wanted to take, so not much left. Or what was left no one wanted, or wanted but had no room for in their own homes. The print of the girl and her dog is part of a by French painter Renoir. You guys should know this! This house has so many stories to tell! It feels like it was a happy home. But yeah, upstairs bedrooms were a jumble. But wow that carpet was looking good! Thinking different people were taking care of the bedrooms when packing up to move out. The parents room was left with love and respect, the others not so much or not at all. Loved this explore with you Jess and Sam! Looking forward to the next one!

I like to see inside these mansions even if there is little furniture because of the bygone architecture and indoor space combined with art. It wasn't just utilitarian. Love the high ceilings. This one-time old mansion has been extensively modernized, but still great to see.

Thanks for this fascinating explore! The ground floor room with the painted murals seemed like a salon that was transformed into a bedroom for an older person. Imagine sleeping there, surrounded by memories of when the house was filled with people and activity? The spiral staircase was amazing and I liked that small sitting area at the top of the stairs !3:48. It would be a cozy place for someone to sit, next to the heat and the window. Nice touch, the arched doorways.
