A mysterious house beside the river, hidden in the woods, has remained dormant for over a decade…
Gruesome stories about the former owners and the presence of cursed paintings leave an ominous feeling throughout the property.
As we venture further inside, we are amazed by its unique style and state of preservation.
In the garden, we find their old factory…
Filled with the remains of their former business…

I believe Jess and Sam are two souls who met many times before this life. There is something absolutely beautiful and spiritual about both of them.
So true their like one soul combined beautiful calming voices 💕✨
❤😊❤
They go So Well together❤
I would love to kno if they have Babies❤
Yal would make Perfect Parents❤😊
With the rushing river, that'd be the perfect location for a waterwheel to power grinding stones, pumps, electricity or many other things. Hand to tell now how it was used, but locations like that often have ancient foundations. What a fantastic property you found guys!
Looks like a good explore. You're right about the creepy paintings.💯
Great explore. I would love to have a home like that with the river and waterfall flowing! Sounds so tranquil.
Whoever lived there sure liked their book Sooo many ashamed they are going to waste Interesting house
I can't believe abandoned house explorations aren't that popular anymore :[
Awsome Sam jess looks very interesting explore packed with all the past inside xxx 👍👍👍
The hoard just goes on and on. What a great find! Could spend days looking at everything. Thank you!
It's crazy to see a prime piece of property like that just left to rot. It's enormous!
these places must give you a rush of adrenalin ....its great to watch ....
They sure do, every time 😄 Glad you enjoy them Brian! 😀
Wow, was not expecting it to be this grand! It’s a huge property 🥰
Such a beauty! 😍 Glad you enjoyed it Gemma! ❤
That was a splendid explore. The amount of stuff in there was incredible. I can't imagine living in that amount of clutter and junk. I was worried for your safety. The floors seemed sketchy and there was a lot of mold. Thank you for taking us this adventure. We really enjoyed it and your music selection was spot-on.
An extraordinary place, it must have been so vibrant at one time and now decaying into dust, very sad. Belgium has some weird inheritance laws when a proper will isn't made, something about nothing being touched, even by the family. Another superb find, so enjoyed your film.
Nice spot they would call that Husqvarna in Sweden
The owner died in the home and the dogs were trapped inside, the only recourse was to eat the person, they probably starved before doing so, very sad story. Still such a beautiful home and explore!
Pretty place.
That very narrow very tall and deep space at the end of the mill, is for the mill wheel, I think. Could have been for wheat grinding equipment, water powered. France has loads of these flour mills. Absolutely took my breath away in the dwelling itself. Overwhelmed by everything left. Tragic!
Glad you enjoyed it Nanny 🥰🥰 Loved the mill in the garden! Thank you for watching ❤
Thank you again ❤ lots of love & light. Always!!! ☺
Glad you enjoyed it Laurie! Great to have you watching ❤ Sending both our love 🥰🥰
Working as a Social and Healtcare helper in Denmark, I can tell you that, people with Dementia often or almost always, does that to their houses if they live alone and there is no one that comes and help them.
Amazing atmosphere.

Love the fire place!!! ❤
The small records are 45’s.
Ah yes, that’s it !!! Forgot that Yellowman tune 😅
And 45's were also called singles!
Fantastic explore!!! 👍😊❤️
Wow 🤩 spooky but beautiful 🤩
Thanks for your hard work,Sam and Jess, you guys are very good at videotaping,I do not feel dizzy like some other UA-camrs.❤️👍👍👍
Appreciate that very much Oliver! Glad you enjoy the videos, great to have you watching 🥰❤️🙏🏼
@@Samandjessexplore I watch all your videos,Sam has a very nice voice,Jess is fearless for a girl, and the way you videotape the houses ,you give us an idea how the place look like from afar, others show us too close.Thanks.
Wow! All the fake wood paneling was a 1970s decorative style that was popular for over a decade and a lot of people could still afford to modernize their homes and do major upgrades in the 1970's.
WOW!!! So happy to watch!! 👋 I missed the live chat but I'm here 👍
Glad you enjoyed it Laurie!! 🥰🥰
Looks like this family had generations invested in many different types of industry. And I believe someone was an editor, with that huge collection of books from one publisher. Just a guess. Interesting no family photos, no children's toys, no photos on the walls. Beautiful home, must have been a treasure box in it's day!
The smaller records were 7 inch… usually known as singles! Another fab explore, you should have a TV show! ❤️❤️❤️
❤❤❤❤❤
This is a great video. I just love the two of you. You are so cute together. You always make me feel better about life. Stay safe and I love you both!
That is so nice to read Connie 🥰 Pleasure to have you here with us, glad you enjoy the videos! Comments like that mean a lot, thank you for watching, sending love from us both ❤🥰
Your channel is the love child of The Walking Dead, Escape to the Country and Hoarders. I love it.
Wow great video and explore guys really enjoyed this, thanks for sharing amazing place and views 🙏💖👍loved it well done and great editing too xxx
So glad you enjoyed it Hayley 🥰🥰🥰 It was a beauty! Thank you for watching ❤
Hi guys, what place to explore? I can't get over the fact that no one claims the property you would think they would be some relatives about?? Cheers from South Australia 🇦🇺
What an absolutely incredible explore! Man, that must’ve been a busy place when it was in its heyday. With all that water going through there that’s a lot of energy. That would’ve been a wicked place to stay at at night. I’m glad you made it out of there safely. You guys stay safe and thank you so much for a beautiful explore! 💜🤗🫶🪻🇺🇸
I can’t believe all that tack left. It’s all dated now but in UK, that would have gone they clearly had horses. There are muck buckets laying around, girths hanging in basement, rugs, saddles, tack and hay nets hanging in basement. You were standing on a weir, not a bridge
That's so true people in the UK seem to have less respect than other countries.
awesome find was able to catch the replay much-loved Sam and Jess🌻🥰
Fantastic exploring Sam and Jess always enjoy watching your videos ❤️
Stunning, interesting place… very sad to see it and someone’s life and memories just left to rot like this. 😔
I love you two and your videos. 🤗 Not only do you both seem like genuinely lovely young people, but you show such care and respect towards your explores! You take time to show things in detail (no swinging the camera about 🤢), you both have a great artistic eye and your cinematography is excellent. That all sets you aside from many other explorers and what makes your videos such a pleasure to watch!
Take care lovely people! 😊🌻xx
Many twists and turns,a bit stuffy in some areas but in a cleaner but still busy place would’ve been my curiosity as a fly on the wall,Zooming around and nosing where ever it takes me Ha! Thank you both Sam and Jesse for such an intriguing explore ❤️👁👏👏✅
Omg that home would have been so beautiful had it been kept up and not full of a bunch of gross trash!!!! I would love to hear the ladys story that lived there
Beautiful mirror and beautiful fireplace…😮
Oh wow! What a place. So first one to win a lottery buys the place 😅. I’d sure want to hire for the cleaning out of stuff. My word! The collection of oddities. Awesome explore, thank you for sharing this with us. 🇨🇦♥️
The other room looked like someone was standing there!?
Hell nawww! Our worst nightmare 😅🤣🤣
This was so awesome! Thanks❤
Lots of horsey people! Great house must have been so beautiful there on the river. It is getting overgrown fast and is only Spring. Very feminine house but Tom boyish. Unusual. Loved the river sounds inside the house. Thanks for this explore! Also loved those beautiful chandileers.
Cool and good explore.
Saddles not seats :)
I went back to beginning
Absolutely beautiful home. It's such a shame it's left to rot away. I love exploring with you guys💖
I loved both the house and the factory - it would be so lovely if both could be cleaned out and restored. Hoarders are just people who need help and there’s no one there to supply the help in a timely manner.
Beautiful explore, I watched this with my 13 year old niece 🥰 Thankyou 🤘🥰🤘
A brilliant video!!! I could have explored this place for days! I love this kind of explore, all the incredible finds like the records called 45 s, the old clown pictures and the 80s TV! So many books too! The house must have a lot of spiritual energy going through it! Absolutely amazing episode, thank you Sam and Jess!!! Xx
I love to watch y'all's explores! You're the first ones I've seen who actually takes the time to stop and look at things instead of rushing through the explore. Glad i found your channel😊
That house was really nice! Loved the old factory building too. One of my freinds died in his house an wasn't found for ar least 2 weeks an his little dog did feed off of him. That's probably what happened to the lady too. Thanks guys. Great explore.
What a nice house 🏠. It's a shame that it is abandoned 😞. Stay safe 👌 👍 🙏 ❤❤
I would love to listen to river. This would be an amazing place to live. The she’ll use to be popular. I believe there were other animals too.
I'm so glad I came along with you two , I loved it ❤ 💕
This a neat place..glad you guys could show us..thank you..
Thank you that was very enjoyable 😘🇨🇦
Amazing video was that the crying boy painting
Yes! Never knew about it until now, spooky! 😮 Glad you enjoyed it Anne, thank you for watching ❤
Anazing, exciting, beautiful house. One of your best videos. Love the River running thru it. 🎉 Thank you.
I would love to take some supplies there and hang out for a few days. Read a book by the fire 🔥 while smoking some fyah lol.
Very cool explore. Paintings were bizarre.
the vinyl look like 45's could be maybe with 8inch but hard to tell too. 12inches normally where teh size of a regular vinyl record. Then you had "flexis" which was cheap platic records of maybe 2 songs on either side.
Exquisite! Beautiful place, so sad it's all rotting away😢
Only just got round to watching . Another great explore guys . ❤ 🤗
Wow 😳 so much stuff !!! Lovely home at one time . I think what you wanted to say was a 45 record, Jess. All those beautiful china cabinets. Jeeeez. Of course the river right there. Awesome . The sound is so soothing . Thanks for sharing ☺️🎉 love you bunches 😘💕
Always enjoy being with you. this one was quite interesting. How come Raymond isn't with you anymore?
Very enjoyable one of the best. . I was peeping through my fingers a little bit ,I was afraid you would find a dead horse of something. I'm going watch it again. Thank you for exploring for us, I know I appreciate you very much 💖💖💖💖
I can't stop itching !!!😮
Place is awesome 👍😎 but you always find amazing places
Been away for a minute. I missed your beautiful explores, this one did not disappoint!!
I am amazed at the lack of dust in the cabinets.
It isn’t abandoned. The legal owners just don’t care.
One of the most interesting explores of late . Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Keep them coming guys and thankyou.
Great house.. you guys find the best places.. thanks for taking us with you❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it Nita 🥰🥰 Pleasure to have you with us! ❤
@@Samandjessexplore ❤🥰👍🤗
They were obviously a very affluent family who worked the mill and also ran a riding school ,those saddles would have cost alot of money. I think that family had lived there over a very long time and ending up as we see so often only one of the people left there on thisr own. I recon that the rooms in that house were huge and as time went by they reduced the size of them probably for heating purposes. The house is full of antiques .The dampness is a result of being so close to the water and of course in thier older years not heating the house well enough. But definitely a family of wealth and standing at one time. What an explore the cobwebs were on another level , but you braved them .Thanks for taking us with you on this awesome explore. Its another world .❤❤
Wow such an amazing explore, can you imagine ghost hunting at night there!!!! Thanks guys love, Valerie from Scotland 🥰
Hello from Kentucky the Bluegrass State❤
That place was amazing.i really really enjoyed this video.i think I'd have to say it's one of my favorites so far. Amazing find. Great job again Sam and Jess. Safe travels 🥾🥾🥾🥾❤.
Another great explore! I'm guessing it was probably an old Mill at some point? Then maybe a riding school perhaps. Pretty hard to tell when it's so overgrown! The old string girths hanging on the washing line in the basement..they take me back, haven't used those since I was a kid! Well done guys, stay safe!
Wow what a beautiful place
Sam you should do " voice overs " story tell for audio
Totally.
Albums are called 45s for 45rpm vs 78 (really old school) or your modern 33rmp "vinal" disc. I think the other place is an old Mill turned into a barn..🐟
Lots of cool stuff in those buildings. 🤘😎🤘
Hello Sam and Jess. What a curious place.Probably was always a bit damp being so close to the weir and noisey. Its like an Aladdin cave .Love the wallpaper.Loads of interesting memorabilia. Going to collapse soon its so wet.Sad really that the property is dying after the owners death. Well thankyou for showing me take good care.
Brilliant as always such a great find guys ❤
You guys have the most beautiful calming voices...love your channel 💕✨
I think I would rate this explore #1.
Best find ever guys. Well done. Loved it. Thank you
Ese cuadro del niño es espectacular.
Loving this video guys.
Glad you enjoyed it! This one was a real beauty 😍 Thank you for watching!

Keep the good work up Sam and Jess xx
This was outstanding, so beautiful loved this ❤️
I have known a case like that, a woman committed suicide, her dog was with her in the house, 3 weeks she was in the flat l, they had found the dog still alive, within the 3 weeks the dog had been eating her to survive.
OMG I've got a new addiction 😢 love these videos
18.04 hi Sam and Jess, you where close there 7 inch singles, on the record play you had different speeds for different size records 45rpm for singles and 33 1/3 rpm for albums
Place was sad thinking someone loved like that
Someone needs to rescue all the vintage treasures
So sad to see what goes to waste 😢
Yes
Oh my this place is awesome ❤
Fantastic explore!!! Loved every minute 😊
Great house. I just love your videos Sam and Jess. Y'all are great ! ❤
