watching on March 20, 2020 from NYC. My heart goes out to all those suffering from the coronavirus and to the loved ones of those who have passed in Italy. What a wonderful country! Be strong and know that many are praying for you in the US and all over the world.
Incredible food there in the Emilia Romagna & Parmigiano, they have a great culture, with the food & wine being front & center, the balsamic is a very good "product" for other "more junior" cultures to try to emulate, as some of the "wine grapes" from the vineyards can be used to make the top-shelf balsamic vinegar.
haha i'm still not understanding how you guys can make such an amazing show on yt. just on production alone, you guys kill it, but the cinematography, voiceover, everything is top notch. hats off to you.
Is exactly what I am thinking. But, this surely is one of the most interesting channels that I have come across. I am thoroughly enjoying every video from them.
I have watched so many of your videos and there hasn't been one place I didn't want to visit. I do miss the translation subtitles, I enjoy hearing the people speak their language but you guys do an amazing job, I have learned a lot!
Thank you a lot for your comment! We're glad you enjoy it! If you want to put them into practice, here you can find all the recipes from the episode: facebook.com/pg/wocomo/photos/?tab=album&album_id=2778937278817324 :)
I am so impressed with your Narrator. Unreal how he can pronounce correctly just about everything in every language. Beautifully accented, clearly enunciated, he uses that level of care with every single sound of every foreign word. Bravo!
i've been binge-watching this series. it is so relaxing and inspiring. the one thing i have to say about this episode is that having an organic garden does not have to mean letting your garden become overgrown with weeds. she's a busy woman, so weeding her vegetable garden is probably not a high priority, but it's misleading to suggest that it's overgrown because it's organic.
When I went to Italy I was disappointed because I was unable to find authentic Italian cuisine. I was eating touristy street food and THIS is the food I wish I could of tried. Everything looks pleasing and delicious!
In the 70s and 80s I was doing a lot of business near Parma. I was always looking forward to meet the people, however, the food knocked me over...The cheese, the ham, the fresh "fungi" with flat noodles, and all the different pasti...and all washed down with the local Lambrusco ....to die for!
Simplicity at it best. Nature provides everything but it the sense of family, tradition, knowledge, and pride that makes everything so amazing. Their lifestyle is so much less stress and healthier than western countries.
Kinda helps to inherit land and a farm in a spectacular location...yeah, these vids are amazing. Retitle them “People Living Enviable Lives In Fantastic Places,”...
this is where my family comes from. Forli to be exact. We still own property and land there. Giovanni could be a relative. edit: No I thought they said Calboli but then I saw the spelling
They are. You just need to turn that on. Though if you mean permanently, where it can't be turned off, then no, absolutely not. That is very distracting to some people.
I LOOVE this show and the whole chanel, but could you instead of voice-over do good subtitles? In translation you will always loose some fine nuances, but with subtitles (especially the UA-cam ones) you can just listen to the voice and not the voice-over. :-) Much love from The Netherlands!
This is such a Beautiful video, what a lovely lady, who owns the farm, vineyard, I would love to taste her food, she looks like a really good cook, maybe she could teach cooking classes, like Martha Stewart, she could make good money
To me, the price is outrageous, completely foolish, for what you get. It simply isn't that good. It's nowhere close to that good. It's a product that costs what it does simply because of it's reputation, and too many food snobs judge quality by price. This makes the average person think it must be worth the price, even when they don't like it very much, and a lot of people really are not fond of the taste, but eat it, anyway. I'm not cheap, and I don't even mind paying a thousand dollars for a meal, but not everything is worth the price, and this product most certainly is not because it's no better than far, far cheaper balsamic, if that's the right terminology.. It is, in fact, indistinguishable from far, far cheaper products.

The best part of Italy...the North.
bullshit
Seriously, that's bullshit. I love the North but don't you ever underestimate the South.
Alessa N. I’ve only been to Rome and venice but I want to stay 2 months in Italy just enjoying everything
Relax, guys. Italy as a whole is beyond beautiful. :)
@@adxcosta1807 Don't overestimate it either.
Pasta without eggs???
With or without, depending the recipe, depending the region.
lastima que no esta en italiano
vinegar stored for 25 years tastes more like old vinegar?
Parmigiano not parmiggiano
Great job, but... it's ParmiGiano, not Parmiggiano.
Parmigiano Reggiano.
i wonder if i'm related.
