Sorry for the noisy mini-maps 🙇🏻♂️. I originally used png maps of all courses with Skyways on them, but those caused trouble during the rendering process, even when changing formats to jpeg, both supported by the video editing software. On the other hand it helps to see the green dot passing through Checkpoint lines, but the visual noise can be distracting
Wow there's a lot to digest here. Have you noticed any patterns regarding checkpoints that aren't the start line? The possibility I wanted to raise is that another player at a different standing might trigger it on non lap 1 scenarios Second item I remember seeing is White land 1 sometimes has four golden bumpers lap 4 and people have footage of it, what is the explanation for that?
I feel like I couldn't raise all the info necessary for a proper Golden Bumper Guide-type of summary Does the footage that was presented to you show 4 Golden Bumper spawn on White Land I, or was is just showing them driving around? The time a Golden Bumper stays on the track is another thing I haven't measured, and it would be interesting to know if those Bumpers all spawned in one lap or if they endure several Laps before going back to their home planet ✨🌌. I thought about the possibility of differences in stacked lobbies compared to low populated ones (with lots of COM racers). Also I don't rule out the possibility of differences in Golden Bumper frequencies between private and public lobbies. 🤔 There's still a lot waiting to be uncovered! Do you remember if the footage you saw was from the latest version update?
Hmm, at least I didn't notice differences between the Checkpoints in private Lobbies with COM players. Everytime a Golden Bumper appeared, it was when the leading player reached the same spots on the respective tracks/laps in all races. But if what you say is true, then there could be several human players at different Checkpoints causing Bumpers to appear. Can you link the videos in question? Another thing I wanted to add is that almost all the footage in this video was recorded during Grands Prix (in private Lobbies with just me and 98 COMs)
@@Master_A1 i feel like most of the generalizations made here are very accurate, thank you for researching this and editing it. to do this alone without a second person looking out for the bumper is very impressive
It ate some hours, but it's rather that I haven't been in the right state to get anything F-Zero related done. I wanted to get the 2nd part of the Skyway Guide ready back in November
I remember golden bumpers appear in final tracks in laps 2 3 and 4. Are they been changed in the latest update? Is that the reason I see no gold stalling from lap 2?
All the footage in the video is from the latest update version. Most of it from private Lobbies with CPU Battles. During the last weeks I can't say that I have seen more than 1 Golden Bumper on Silence, White Land II or Fire Field in online races, all at the end of the first Lap. So I assume that it was changed.

I really like the part in the video where the Golden Bumper comes down from the sky.
This is a reference video from now on.
If you notice any differences in your races regarding the spawn rate of Golden Bumpers compared to this video, please let me know
I used to play mph with you back in the day, think my name was Fatal

@@Master_A1 Calling CPU's "COM's" makes my german heart happy.😄
Ah, so that's what you were doing the whole time. Well great job!👏
Now do all the (un)lucky bumper spawn locations.😂

@@Master_A1 Aaah... the Mirror tracks...

what about the two secret tracks?
Golden Bumpers don't appear on the Remix Courses, I'm afraid
