I also prefer Lincoln Park to West Loop. I don’t think of West Loop as a super kid oriented neighborhood but if you have close friends that live there with kids it could be helpful to ask if they could meet you for coffee or lunch to share their thoughts. And perhaps if you have friends with kids that live in a loft they could offer helpful information as well.

Hahaha dude he YELLS at his friends while playing video games. I’m all for him playing but it needs to be in an enclosed room because it would wake me up (he plays late into the night while I’m sleeping). This is a win for us both.
