“Wait my kiss got wiped off” omg y’all are so sweet! 🖤 We only have a Sam’s Club near where I live, I still enjoy watching all the goodies at Costco with your great commentary 😊
It was definitely strange watching you going round Costco without Everett, and not stopping at all his favourite spots. You got some great bits in your shopping. All the kisses before you left was priceless. Luna giving her approval of the shopping never fails to make me happy. Have a wonderful week 💞
Perfect summer haul. We've had lovely sunny weather here and this has been great for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Our much loved and admired Queen is celebrating 70 years on the throne. I don't think Americans really understand the role of the monarchy but the Queen is our head of state and she represents stability and endurance for us, especially when times are hard. Politicians and governments come and go but the Queen is always there. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts and say hi to your lovely boys from sunny Scotland
It's interesting we share the same Queen as part of the Commonwealth here in Australia however we don't seem to share the same passion for the Royal Family as you do in the UK. Glad Lizzy made it to a couple of the special events in her honour it was a fun filled weekend 🙂
As a Girl Scout leader, my now HS girls always default to what we call “foil-packets” for dinners when camping. We often prep strips of chicken or other meats and pack them in a marinade Ziploc. Then we bring along all sorts of fresh veggies that the girls cut up, a little variety of seasonings, and sometimes they’ll throw in whatever we have left over from earlier in the day, breakfast or lunch. They can then customize each one of their foil-packets with what they like, and write their name on the edge tab with a Sharpie. Last time we also roasted potatoes in our fires and they were some of the best roasted potatoes I’d ever had! The girls did a good job in prepping them with oil and seasonings on the outside of the potatoes after venting them and then wrapping them in foil. By the way, my girls are from 14 to 16 years old, and we’ve been together since they were 5 to 7 years old. 🥰
Wow...I'm so impressed...I live in North Carolina...and to see all the prices..things are so much more expensive there than here...but you done a great gob...I all the things you picked up...this was the first time I have seen you...so I subscribed to your channel..I love to see tge difference between there an here...I watch alot of programs about Alaska...love your haul...God Bless
Welcome Trudy! So glad to have you here. The prices can be a little shocking but we loved to eat good homemade meals together so we make it work. We are so grateful to have you here and hope you enjoy the videos!
I had to smile when you grabbed the can dinner rolls to make donuts as i do exactly the same thing my kid's always loved itmy problem is now that i live alone if i make them i eat them all not good for my butt lol
I would be excited if it was 75 degrees here! We are having a very chilly spring this year! Most days its low 60's and cloudy! We are usually in the 70's by now. So we are thinking it will be a cool summer here!
I heard also paper products for boxes, plastics and Aluminum. The prices are higher for containing food. And production of making them has decreased. It is a trickle down affect. It is nuts
Hi Lauren & Everett! This Alaska Life! I enjoyed watching this Costco shopping haul! Luna is so sweet and nice! The chairs are nice! All the food looks fresh and delicious! Great video as always!
I wish where I lived was that sunny and beautiful out. I live in Oregon and it's June and I is still non stop raining where I'm at. I want summer weather already
Those grill trays you were looking at are great for shrimp or loose veggies when you don't want to put them on skewers Our milk at Costco here in Massachusetts is the regular gallon not like you have at yours.
Hey Lauren, I really enjoyed your Cosco shopping haul but, I did miss Everett. I now know, where he got his love for samples from!😆 You have a great food haul today!
Yes, Bubbies Bread and Butter pickles are so good! The juice from them is a key ingredient in my potato salad! Also, I have never heard of adding cream of chicken soup to tin-foil dinners. I bet that is so yummy!
@@ThisAlaskaLife Yes! I have lots of family that live there! When we plan our trips out there, we make sure to visit all of our favorite food and shopping places because we don't have much out here 😆
Looks like a lot of yummy summer treats. I love buying special items we usually don’t buy whenever we go camping. It makes it even more fun for the kids. Happy summer !!!
Loved the haul! As far as milk goes - we don't have jugs, we have bags of milk. You get 3 bags to make up 4L. If you want less milk than that, typically in the cardboard cartons 1L or 2L. Good ol' Canada!
Our Costco sells by the bag , three smaller bags in each . Missed Everett, loved all the good bye 😘 so sweet. You do such a good job of narrating, I enjoyed the blog!
i absolutly love a greek salat. I sometimes don't add salat leaves but just slice the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese add the calamata olives and as a dressing I just use olive oil, salt and pepper 😉 aaand I will definitly copy that yummy Denali beet salat. thanks for always sharing!
I think the Freddie’s amount was high! Wow. They’re so expensive here too. I thought you spent a lot more at Costco then you did. The donuts are so good! They have them at a Chinese buffet here and they go so fast, they’re always fresh. Thanks for sharing!
Hello from Florida☀️☀️ we love those chicken sausages the chicken and the apple are a family favorite. I guessed $630 I was close😀 Everett was so cute saying goodbye to you❤️
I'm a teacher and we're out for the year but I work part time at our local horse racing track -- so the only days I keep up with are Thursdays-Sundays.....the other days blend together!!
Missed Everett this trip! But he likes being with his grandparents & cousins. You bought quite a bit this time but you have active growing boys! Wait till they become teenagers! Looking forward to seeing your camping trips this summer! I laughed when you said 75 degrees! It been in the 90's here! 🤣
Hi New subscriber from London, UK. Your shopping looks very tasty, I would love to try those sausages Mmmm. You have lots of kids so you need lots of snack choices. Please let us know what the chickpea pasta is like. Hope the young pirate liked his snack. Enjoy the sunshine you lucky lot, here in UK it's a bit gloomy!
I have not tried the chipea pasta but will put it on the menu and report back in a future video. Everett has never met a sweet snack that he didn't like. HAHA Thanks for watching and I hope you get some sunshine!
Love watching your hauls. Now I have to stop at Costco cause they have the fried cucumbers back! We love them. Haven’t found them for 2 yrs. This month is my stock up month. And I don’t have any kids at home, but my grandkids will visit and always want snacks!
OMG! Thanks so much! I got the package and the lovely drawing on it from Everett. I was so excited! My husband was confused of who in Alaska knew me! I told him, I have a friend there~! lol Also, I LOVE bread and butter pickles, but know they are little sweet. Not as sweet as sweet pickles or sweet relish, but so good!
Congratulations!! I also talk about our "Friends" in Alaska people outside of the Family just don't have a clue how you can have Friends from afar that you have never actually met but honestly it's such a lovely connection and Lauren is just a beautiful human inside and out so l truly treasure the Friendship. Enjoy your Lada soap👍
YAY! So happy you got the package! I love that we can feel like friends across UA-cam, such a cool thing. Thanks for watching and enjoy the box of goodies!
Great haul! Pirate Everett likes it to!! Such a cutie! It's been in the 90s here but I know Alaska heat is different. Those sausages look delicious and I'm a fan of Graham crackers also. Hope everyone has fun camping!!!!
Shiver My Timbers lol No thank you chicken broth sample! I worked at Costco for 13 years and would walk in that cooler to cool off lol!! Milk carton was changed because they can fit more on a pallet!! Hard to open
Oh my goodness your right to me rolling my eyes 👀 lol. Here we are in June & it’s raining, windy & cold 🥶 here today. The milk is the same as here I don’t like the container that it comes in. Great video of you & family going clam digging so cool to see it. Have a wonderful day
Thanks Kim! The clam digging was a blast. I hadn't been in years and had never used a clam gun. I wanted to camp out and stay on that beach. If you closed your eyes if felt like the beach in Hawaii!
Weston is so cute at the end of the video, he really wants a sour nite crawler! I would love to taste your Breakfast Burrito's, mine don't have much flavor. I know you have made them before here on the tube, I'll have to look for it! You are in for such a wonderful summer, I'm looking forward to what you share!!! 🌼
Wow !! What a haul!! Kids are always hungry!! You have great quick foods they can make themselves!! The chick pea pasta is really good!! It looks different when it’s cooking, all the starch comes out. Put on some Raos sauce, really good !! Love watching you and your family !! 😀😀😀😀😀😀
I was at Costco in Oregon today and got the same pkg of burger patties $5 less. Also looked at the camp chairs but decided I could get another year out of ours. 😁
I had been putting off new chairs for as long as possible too but then one completly broke and now the second one snapped so, IT WAS TIME!! LOL Thanks for watching!
oh Everett is the sweetest boy ever! the kisses were too cute.. you said it right Gree- yair ..if you didn't, no biggie lol..great video as always ..oh & milk is so crazy. recently we tried shelf stable milk at Walmart & it's not only good for a year, but it's delicious! they even sell it at Dollar Tree. & at $1.25 a qt..4 qts in a gallon so $5..but for milk that has a huge shelf date. it's great. it's good to have on hand. we've tried diff ones and I can't see a difference between them. but here in Delaware a gallon of milk is $1.72 so it's going down! ..last thing I loved pickles. I mean loved. bread & butter taste like a butter pickle. they & gherkins were my faves. Then a thing called covid got me. only symptoms we had were no taste or smell. we were lucky..BUT now I can't eat pickles. or chocolate, peanut butter and no more sour Trolli's 😂 🤣 ..its been 2 years and they say it will return...I also now have an A1c of 8.1 from 5.2 all bc of covid. luckily my sugar has been under 130.
Hello Michelle! We use shelf stable sometimes too. If I buy it now at $5 a gallon I will be so happy if the price continues to go up, it may be a good deal 6 months from now!! I will have to check the price! Thanks for watching, we are so grateful to have you here.
Hi Friends, our milk comes in the carton like you got at Fred Meyers, did you like the Banza pasta? I'm not a fan but then lm not a huge pasta eater either. We bought Graham crackers from USA foods (Australia) l was surprised they are nothing like any biscuit/cracker we have in Australia and we loved them just on there own. Thankyou for sharing the "Darn good chocolate cake" recipe in a previous video it was absolutely delicious and lived up to its name! Looks like you are well stocked for snacks/easy lunches to welcome in the Summer although with 4 growing boys lm sure it won't last long with the kids home all day. Weston and Everett at the end was so cute 😍 and thankyou Miss Luna for checking out Mums purchases. Always enjoyable. 👍 (No l wouldn't sample chicken broth 🤮)
I have not tried the Banza pasta yet.... haven't really had the hankering for pasta. I will give a report when I do. I love graham crackers dipped in milk, YUM! Funny story... I wanted to name one of our boys Graham but Graham Hamm just didn't work HAHA Thanks for watching, we are so grateful to have you here!
I pray for baby girl and your family. My sister gained her wings shortly after the new year started, so 2024 has already been rough. My 92 year old mother in law is in the ICU so we are not have the best kick off to the year.
My grandaddy taught me many many moons ago to look for a nice yellow spot on the belly of the watermelon then give it a thump, if it sounds hallow it will be juicy & sweet. This meathod has never failed me in over 50+ years. It doesn't normally reach 95+ here in Missouri until mid July and we have hit 97 degree's already here back in May. I feel it's going to be a hot summer. Working outside is going to be somethin this year...Ever since I had that heat stroke a few years back I try staying in as much as possible.. My old body just can't take it like I use too Much Love from Missouri God Bless
Hello Michelle! Thanks for the watermelon tips, always unsure of what all the tips are. That does seem like it will be hot! Stay safe!! Thank you so much for being here!
I'm planning on doing a Mama from Hawaii channel soon with this same Costco idea since our prices here are expensive! and we also have the busiest Costco in the world in Honolulu. Thanks for sharing, your littlest is so cute!
Our Costco here in the UK have maybe a quarter if not less of the snacks you have over there. We eat so much less junk/treat stuff. Our youngest grandchild has maybe a small packet of crisps/chips with her packed lunch daily and that is it.
I love Hobo dinners on the fire when camping. That brings back so many great memories. I have a feeling we are in for a great Alaskan Summer Adventure Menu. My Parents used an old China Cabinet and filled jars with snacks, candy and treats. We were able to pick one snack from each shelf. We all had paper routes, so we had to buy a bag of something every month to share. We called it the Candy Store. You always new it was the end of the month because all that was left was Circus Peanuts. Hee hee. I love you have a big snack container. That is so much fun. It is a good thing Everett stayed home today you needed every inch of that cart. I love when you carried all the boxes and You said you were runny a concession stand. My Favorite snack as a kid was a frozen Charleston Chew. I bet your boys would love them. We always bought them at the concession stand at the Pool. They froze them so you could keep them longer before they melt. Thanks for taking us along. It brought back so many memories of my Mom. I miss her. It is fitting she died on May 30th, the American summer transition. Keep up the good work Lauren. Happy Summer.
You might be able to get your dad to send a picture of the list or if you took a picture before you left you don’t have to worry about carrying it around
My Costco store doesn’t have either of your milk cartons, I live in GB so we have totally different designed containers . I lived in the US for a few years and every time I used to pour milk I would always spill it, I never felt comfortable holding and adding it to my cup of tea!
Thank you so much Ana! Grateful to have you here. Food is expensive but we love living here so we make sure to budget for it and just try to eat well and not waste. Hope you have a wonderful week!
Damn, you look 1:1 like my team manager. can't believe you have a family of 6 to feed at 20 years old, respect though. ;) Great vid. Looking forward to more.
“Wait my kiss got wiped off” omg y’all are so sweet! 🖤 We only have a Sam’s Club near where I live, I still enjoy watching all the goodies at Costco with your great commentary 😊

Lol. Yes, I might have rolled my eyes. Today my car said 102 degrees. Ugh. That’s south Florida for you😂😂🥰🥰
Hey Everett!!!! Missed you at cosco. Shiver me Timbers.
We don't have a Costco where I live. Have a good time with your parents, and love to the boys!
Thank you so much Shirley! I will give everyone your love!

Same problem here👍
Tell Everett samples were lovely i enjoyed that one xx lol
You had me at ‘ shiver my timbers’ 🤣🤣
Your hair was looking nice today love the haul
Bread and Butter Pickles are my favorite. I think you and the family would like them. You should buy a small jar at the grocery for a taste test.
My mom bought the Costco ones so I will have to give them a try now! Thanks for watching!
I really missed Everett! He MAKES your Costco trips (but this was still good)! Keep up the great work!
Love the Alaska Boys, too!
Thanks Annette! I missed Everett too ! Thanks for watching!
I absolutely loved 😍 the little boy who loved his mommy so much. I had to subscribe.
Thanks for being here and welcome 😊
Thank you so much! He is a sweetheart and I am glad you enjoyed seeing his sweetness. Welcome, we are so grateful to have you here!

We are in a period of cool now but we had record breaking temps there for a while. Hope you get some sunshine your way!
I can't believe some of those prices 😲 especially the milk and the watermelon super exspenive. What a great haul. Lots of yummy looking food
Both are a bit less than we are paying in 🇨🇦 and our dairy producer's want another increase. The processors are taking all the profits.
I heard also paper products for boxes, plastics and Aluminum. The prices are higher for containing food. And production of making them has decreased. It is a trickle down affect. It is nuts

I know! It's not the same without him but he wouldn't have fit in this overflowing cart! Next time he will be with me!
we been getting spinch like thst for years
Our milk in Canada (well at least in Ontario) is in bags 😋comes in a 3pk inside a bigger bag
This Costco definitely is in Alaska with the outdoor stuff you wouldn't see in Seattle.
Love Miss Luna! I have a twin cat like Luna and her name is Lady Godiva!!
Oh my, how regal. LOVE IT!!
Everett is so cute
Thank yall for all the smiles ...What do yall do for a livin?
My husband is an accountant and I am a youtuber and mom!

My old body just can't take it like I use too
Much Love from Missouri
God Bless
Hello Michelle! Thanks for the watermelon tips, always unsure of what all the tips are. That does seem like it will be hot! Stay safe!! Thank you so much for being here!
That was a really big haul.
Yes! I used every inch of that cart!
Çok tatlısın çocuk 😍😍😍🧿🧿🧿Harika videolar çok detaylı eğlenerek seyrediyorum başarılar dilerim 🎉
I love the way you shop!! Next time, pick up the bread and butter pickles! THEYRE DELISH1
Beyond fabulous. And thank you for your suggestions on hot dog buns, cabbage, and your dads foil pqcks. Waving to you from Michigan.
Look where the Hershey bar candies are I think they might possibly be there
I'm planning on doing a Mama from Hawaii channel soon with this same Costco idea since our prices here are expensive! and we also have the busiest Costco in the world in Honolulu. Thanks for sharing, your littlest is so cute!
Sounds like a good idea, good luck with it! I love shopping at Costco in Hawaii, so many fun things to look at and try.
That was a big haul. Lots of good stuff.
Our milk is shaped like the Kroger one.
Love your haul ❤️❤️
Thanks Tameka! So glad to have you here!
Those chicken melts above the corn dogs are really good btw
Our Costco here in the UK have maybe a quarter if not less of the snacks you have over there. We eat so much less junk/treat stuff. Our youngest grandchild has maybe a small packet of crisps/chips with her packed lunch daily and that is it.
Good evening it's very nice hulh you take care or self always god bless.
Can’t believe you’ve got that much snow when our Christmas in Pa. was in the 50’s. Crazy right
I love Hobo dinners on the fire when camping.
No camping for us! It won’t a stop raining long enough
I really enjoyed this vid. Thank you for posting it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
You might be able to get your dad to send a picture of the list or if you took a picture before you left you don’t have to worry about carrying it around
My Costco store doesn’t have either of your milk cartons, I live in GB so we have totally different designed containers . I lived in the US for a few years and every time I used to pour milk I would always spill it, I never felt comfortable holding and adding it to my cup of tea!
wehave like fred meier one but would like to try thecostco one lol also i make donuts that way too n i roll in cinn n sugar
I live in Texas I thought groceries were expensive but now I won't complain 😂

Next time I’m at Costco here in Glasgow Lauren I’m going to show you around fruit, veg and milk. You guys are about 3x the price, it’s scandalous x

I like the chickpea pasta, it tastes good and is low in carbs, good for Diabetic’s.

@@ThisAlaskaLife YOU ARE WELCOME
You have four growing boys and husband so Costco is the place for you.
👉💗👈ANA.
Thank you so much Ana! Grateful to have you here. Food is expensive but we love living here so we make sure to budget for it and just try to eat well and not waste. Hope you have a wonderful week!
Damn, you look 1:1 like my team manager. can't believe you have a family of 6 to feed at 20 years old, respect though. ;)
Great vid. Looking forward to more.
