We make pizzas with the nan bread. We lightly spray both sides with oil and then air fry them for about five minutes or so to get them kind of crispy, we take them out we put the Raos sauce on it, we add the cheese and pepperoni, and then cook them for about 15 minutes again in the air fryer. Absolutely delicious! Happy Thanksgiving!

You have the most awesome dad. My dad is 84 years old and he helps me as much as he can. But after he got covid, he has not quite been the same. His legs aren't as strong as they used to be. I keep telling him he doesn't have to help me, but he insists on trying, especially when it comes to trying to fix my car. He always offers but I tell him I always have it handled. I hope you are feeling better. And I hope that you are still getting the rest that you need. I love when you update us about the baby. We are so excited to see her when she gets here she gonna be just a little angel. I have 2 boys always wanted a little girl but boys run in my family but my youngest son and his wife gave me the little girl i have been dreaming of. Her name is Marina and she our little miracle. She is now 18 months and i put my tree up and she just loves all the shiny things on my tree.
I really love seeing you and your father together! He’s been a very important part of this healing process! We can really see his unconditional love for you and the great bond between you and him! I’m really grateful for see your lovely face smiling again!

Quick idea for the croissants. Roll them out and tear the triangles apart. Sprinkle shredded cheese on each triangle and then roll them up as a croissant. Bake according to directions. They are yummy with soup or spaghetti or just as a snack. You are looking more rested. Stay healthy and just know we are praying for you and the baby. Happy Thanksgiving to you and the family.

I think people are getting the craziest weather no matter where you live, I live in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦 and I’m still wearing sandals and light sweaters. I’m glad your family only had the upper respiratory flu and not the vomiting/diarrhea and fever, that one is something that can wait until you are stronger and healthier. It's so great your dad is still with you all. His staying in the apartment is nice too...he can have some alone time if he needs it. Nice arrangement. You are wise Lauren to allow yourself the pleasures of regular routines but to make time for naps. That is so good for you physically & emotionally. I so enjoy your sharing your ALASKA LIFE with us!
