Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but basically:
1. Don't destroy cards ever.
2. When you go up 1 tier, gear transfer your +15 into your fresh 0 -> 1
3. Do Chaos Gates
4. Do Adventure Island
5. Do Una's task and redeem max gold reward.
Pretty much, thats a very simple list and there is more to it but in very simple terms thats about right, you have your guardian raids eventually and you have your current guardian boss/monster runs, Abyss raids will be in another month or so most likely,
What your during now is "preparing" for Legion raids later on so you will hear knowledgeable people say "focus on your account, not your character" which is something Zeals hinted at when he says don't destroy cards they give you "roster wide benefits" or they benefit your entire account on that server.
So I am not sure I understand number 1 correctly. When he says destroy he actually means draggin them out of your inventory to the ground and "poof" them, right? Cause I have just been using every single one, since the duplicate ones seem to just give xp. Is that correct then? Or am I supposed to save the duplicate ones for something else later? Since you can just use every single card that you get I dont understand how anyone would even think about destroying them. :D That is what confuses me..
@@ChillaKillaShaun yep you got it, and your doing it right, but there is a point where you just cant hold anymore cards and I think it will convert extra cards to XP rather than store it even though you don't have it and it gives a different message so you just have to put it in your stash or increase your catalog limit with crystals

I hate to ask these but like and comment if you want to.. it helps to push the algorithm so it can reach others. Also, about deleting cards, I don't mean the XP cards *you just learn those* I am talking about people who discard cards by dragging it out of their inventory and getting a delete prompt
Hey, could you make a video about the DPS card build, or rather the crit one. While Seria is indeed a part of it, getting 10 Ignea tokens seems to be the hardest part for the Delain, correct? Currently I'm running 4 field and 2 romance for 8% hp and 10% cd reduction on dash skills. Seems like this is what most people are wearing very early on.
Also, could you point me to the video where you talk about gold. Currently I'm sitting on 16k Gold. I have already invested it into 10k blue crystalsd, also bought a northlaw skin pack for 1k when game launched and keeping it in my storage. I'm at 1073iLvL. I could use the gold to brute force to T3...OR would another route be better and hit T3 naturally?

@@vett1635 yes keep them. If the maximum no. of duplicates acquired it will automatically converted to card xp.

I like how you also try to be careful with what you say because sometimes things aren't as simple or hyped up as they seem. Saved me a bunch of time. bro i didn't realize I was maxxed out on storage and when I went to use the card I thought I had reached max cards so i deleted it, thanks I fixed it
If I learn a card I already have, will it count as a duplicate when I go to upgrade it? Or do I actually have to store duplicates specifically for upgrading and only learn them after I have maxed the awakening?

When you redeem a card you already have, it's stored, up to 15 duplicates.

I want to add a clarifications about the cards, if your Card Catalog is FULL, you can remove them and the bonus stats you get won't go away. I deleted some common ones to make space, checked on the completed set for the cards, and my bonus stats are still there.

I have tons of cards too. Gotta open up another slot so I can fit the new ones I have that I don’t have matches for yet so I can enhance and then awaken. I saw another post somewhere where someone that didn’t know you can expand the card catalog was instructing people to delete the cards that they didn’t have any room for. Yeah, not gonna do that lol.

130 hours played, 37 fails and I’m still pre600 while using breaths. I am in so much pain…
No shot, I have 150 hours and am 1325 with more fails than that
I'm more having issues with getting my alts up to speed. I only just came back but within a day I got my Artillerist from 550 to 1340 with what I had saved up etc, but my alts are lacking now - severely. I have a Zerker and a Shadowhunter at 600 and a paladin at 550 but I don't seem to have enough materials on any of them to get them anywhere close to 1100/Punika+ areas. I also misunderstood the value of Knowledge Transfers so I have a sorceress, gunslinger and wardancer at 310 or whatever the Vern KT gives you.
Thank you for making videos like this that lets people know to watch for this later in the game. Your videos are always so helpful and accurate in what to do and focus for when playing the game. I’m glad I kept all my cards in my bank and now I’ll expand my card catalog to learn them!

I wish I knew the answer to this as well. Why can't it just be as simple as "Don't throw them away" ... sure... "But do THIS instead" would be more appreciated. I mean, what does "throw 'em away" even mean? Deleting them? Or using them as XP ?
I need to know the answer to this. I've been consuming every card I get. And now I have a bad feeling... very very bad...

I stored my 15 lvl tier 1, maybe one day we can have some outfit management like swtor, or maybe i will low my character to ilvl 600 for not abuse when i help friends xd. Transfer only give you one lvl, and the materials you spend on that first level is nothing.
i just figured out the card shit yesterday and im kicking myself for sacrificing cards lol
So if you have copies of a good card do you still consume it for xp or do you level it up first or something?
Consuming it wont turn it into xp unless you have the max number of duplicates you need of that card. Consuming it will add a +1 to the stack number of duplicates of that card which allows you to awaken it if you choose to spend the xp and silver for it.
Good thing you mentioned that card xp thing cause i upgraded a random card at one point cause I was curious but now i can save :)
Correct me if I’m wrong but I can still delete cards that aren’t part of any set, no? The books still show as complete even after I sell the cards (most of the commons for instance aren’t part of a set)
And then gold deflated like some sort of twisted reality...
Anyway, nice video man! Wish I had seen it sooner so I didn't use up so many cards before purchasing more space.
Biggest mistake I made, was not doing the Tower on my ALT first, then main Second. What a joke that is…
its better to do the tower at first on main, cuz later u can easy progress your alt. U dont know what u are talking about lol

You missed one big mistake people make: rushing through a game
they will reach a point where you cant rush no more
i mean once ur on the end of t2 you can’t really rush anymore as ur at the hands of rng for upgrades and if they don’t hit you aren’t moving anywhere for a week or two

I got to T3 and a week ago and I've been selling my mats. I'm sitting on a ton of gold right now. What should i envest that gold back into? Golden books are selling for 20k each. I'm assuming that as more players reach T3 those prices should drop. So is holding my gold in that situation a bad idea?

For the gear transfer, should I wait to do it when my t2 gear is 14? To save myself the 40% chance honing and get a guaranteed 14 to 15 upgrade. Please let me know :)
You can only do that for the first level unfortunatly, stil a free +1 on every gear though

Okay..sorry for the confusion. For cards, in the early game we get the same card 10 times..When you click on it, you get the XP message. Is it a mistake to just take the XP? Should we be banking all these duplicate cards? Thanks and again sorry.

What do you mean throwing away? I have just tried to learn the cards like the guide sais. Now it often sais that they become exp, I guess because they are dupes. Is this what you mean? Does this mean I have lost all cards for the last week just thrown down the bin as I have been on 120/120 or does the game warn you? In that case I have lost loads of epic and some legendary cards..
I haven't vendored or clicked destroy or similar on any card, just rightclick and yes.
Yea, I'm confused too. I just been right clicking them as I think they give us card EXP. Hoping someone can clarify. I know we need to save the ones where we can choose cards, but the randos ones I just learn them as I get them.

I have the same question, I've been learning every card, even dupes. I don't know if I have to keep the dupes in my inventory or not
At some point when your card catalog is full, when you try to learn a new card it will tell you that you need to buy more space. What Zeals is saying that in this case you should never delete cards you have in order to make space for new ones. You should invest in the card catalog space upgrades as shown in the video.
The message that pops up whenever you try to learn a duplicate just informs you that once you reach the max of a card (16) it will instead turn into XP. Hope that helps!

@Zeals When is it okay to open card packs. I am a bit of hoarder and gathered so far 150 card packs. Should i open them now ( iam at 580ilvl) or grow more and open them in tier3?

I'm so sad because I've just been using all of my duplicates I didn't even know about the card experience thing I saw that the notification kept saying you don't just get card experience and I thought it was going to that specific card but now I see it's just a general pool of experience so I've been turning all of my duplicates into card experience. 😩 Luckily I have officially been playing less than a week so I don't think I hurt myself too bad but I think I have gotten duplicate of legendary cards and turned them into card experience. But now I know once I unlock the first copy kick the other copies in storage Just in case I need them later. Though I have not dismantled anything outside of equipment I don't know why people would be dismantling anything else everything if I don't know what something is for I just keep it just in case it's for something really really important. Now I can't wait to go home and check out your video on DPS card sets because all my card sensor defensive in nature because of that first page but I see I've have more cards than what's on that first page there must be somewhere my other cards are going. Because the equivalent cards it's a whole defensive in nature like elemental defenses I'm using the all element defense with the damage reduction below 50% cards at the moment I thought it would be useful because I'm a sorcerer and it would just help with survivability. I must be doing something they're right because every group activity I'm in I'm usually the MVP and I damage is always anywhere between 30 to 60% of the DPS so it has me wondering what is the rest of the player base doing?! Does no one do research? But you got a new subscriber because this is the third video of yours that has been incredibly helpful to me so I think you're going to be important to my My journey of learning how to enjoy this MMO and not screw myself up in the long run.
