This model does have the steering assist, but it might be disabled. You'll have to go into the guage cluster settings to enable it again. Great review! Love my 22 XLE Premium.
Toyota's cars have great powertrain. But that's all. The rest is ekhm... ugly and outdated. And they save where no savings should be made - for example on proper silencing of the interior. That's my personal opinion.
The Mazda cx30 and cx5 are a much better value. Better made, way quieter, more fun to drive, better looking, and just as reliable for the same price or less.

Toyota should put the infotainment big tablet screen down where weather control located.This giant screen block the view of clear road ahead and very annoying to seeing this screen all the time.
I know a lot of people hate on the RAV4 and the way it looks but I genuinely like how this 2023 one looks. It’s cute & for what you are paying I think it’s more than good enough. It’s a cute vehicle & it’s also reliable. Best of both worlds.

No, you have to get the infotainment center upgrade. 11 speakers JBL with Subwoofer and the 10.5 inch screen. I have a 2023 XLE Premium without the JBL System and an 8 inch screen. Believe me it’s plenty load and clear and the screen is actually big to me. If I had gotten those upgrades it would have put the price just over 40,000 with tax title and license and dealer markups. I had a paid 2016 rav4 that I traded in and only hade to finance $28, 560 for 60 months at 4.99%. Interest rates right now suck. My last Rav was low 3 % but not now.
LOUD! - Engine is too loud on the highway - WIND NOISE! - stop making excuses that it's a windy day. All the reviews mention loud and noisy. Shame on Toyota.
It is so loud compares to a 2024 Hyundai Tucson (no change from 2023) I got rented lately. It feel really luxurious for the price range. The Tucson interior and exterior is so much nicer too.
engine is loud at times because it can switch from direct injection 💉 4 Valves and it has a fuel pump in the engine compartment, however this engine is special and can switch via the computer to port system using the other 4 Valves, thats when the engine goes quieter, it can even do both at the same time. personally I rather hear my engine when I'm driving.. 😮 The engine is Marvel of engineering, hence the great mileage.
Hi just a question my monitor is turning off and on is this an issue in rav 4s system is just sucks because I am using my GPS and music and it keeps restarting.
2023 RAV4 CarPlay Navigation Issues while connect your phone to use the Apple Map or Google Map. The issues with their navigation over Apple CarPlay randomly putting them off-road, on parallel roads, or even off the route completely, like taking an exit ramp you're not on. Nice video, but you forgot to mention the engine stop start feature for when your stuck in traffic, you also forgot to mention all the drive modes it has and it seemed like you had it in "ECO" mode when you got on that first freeway. You did however, put it in "SPORT" mode when you got on the freeway heading back in the other direction. I just bought the same exact year and trim model with the exception of the weather package and the JBL sound system, but I always put mine in the sport mode before getting on the freeway and excellerating from a dead stop is superb. I too opted for this one over the Honda CR-V not so much as it's looks, but because it has the CVT transmission and I just sold a 2021 Nissan Kicks with a CVT and that thing shifted so strange in my oppinion. If anyone is looking to buy the 2023 RAV4 in any trim you won't be dissappointed, it's a great car and my wife and I love driving it. Oh, and yes, this model does have steering assist.

Toyota RAV4 is one of the most noisy car/crossover in its segment. Everyone complaining about it noisy engine and cabin. Interior looks so cheap materials. Honda CRV is way more better and quieter than RAV4.

Not gonna lie the sportage is amazing but I herd issues with it. Of course it has 100k 10 year warranty. If I has warranty then I personally would choose something I love. Both drove amazing. Kia offers More features but Toyota is peace of mind.

Anything at the warranty is supposed to fix, they'll tell you it falls under there "normal wear and tear" category so you have to pay to get whatever prematurely fails, fixed yourself

@Lisa Rumpf Portland was terrible. I went to lums Toyota in warrenton. Look at their inventory on line. Then email them asking what the lowest out the door price is. Be informed every dealer has to sell their junk add ons. Mine came with the dark covering for the rear chrome logos and their clear coat deal. Together that was $500. Every dealer in the NW does this. My XLE was one of only 3 in the NW without the big add ons like heated seats or sun roof. Mine came from the factory with roof rack and floor mats. Each cost $100 more than after market but I wanted both. I also had to wait 2 months and put $500 down. My salesperson was John. Very professional and nice. No high pressure sales either. Good hunting!

Like most car salesmen this is a big lie! This car is not a XLE Premium. The XLE series has a smaller eight inch display. This is probably a Limited series.
