So I just passed my California State Real Estate exam, I’m researching Keller Williams, which looks like a great place to start, learn and grow. See where it takes me in the first year or two. My passion is to execute wholesaling, investing and traditional selling.. I have already been researching EXP realty and today ran across your video. That’s a plus! I must continue doing my due diligence, but I think I’m heading in right direction.😁 Thanks
I just found your channel and have subscribed. I am currently with Keller Williams and I am only about 5 months into the business, but I have niece with EXP and doing quite well. Thanks for sharing and God bless,
How is Exp regarding their training? I like and agree with your goals.. but I want to make sure I’m getting top notch training so I can implement what I learn to truly be successful. I don’t want to be thrown to the wolves or feel like I’m leaving a training with more questions than answers
There is almost 80 hours of training weekly that’s provided by the top agents in the industry. Not the non producing agent in the office that teaches ignite. Feel free to schedule a free call with me and I can help you with some direction. Have a great week.
Hey Will, Since commissions are negotiable, I would like to know if 1% commission percentage is allowed by Exp Realty? Is there a minimum that Exp has?
Great Question…. Yes 1% is allowed you can negotiate based on your business model but i believe there is a minimum to take care of the transaction cost. I don’t have the agent agreement in front of me to give you the exact number. I would definitely watch it though as there is a cost to run your business and competing on price is a race to the bottom. Best of luck to you.
Hi Will. I’m at Real Estate school now. I’m from England but live in Dallas. I sold cars all my life but I’m having a change of career. As a potential sponsor, what would you offer that differentiates you from the other sponsors at EXP. My name is Andrew.
1. Healthcare 2. Brokerage & Stock Ownership 3. Revenue Share I’m sold! Please wish me luck in Detroit MI, I’m re- testing for the exam (3rd times the charm 🤞🏾) soon. My future broker is EXP. Thank you for this inspiration.
Highly appreciate this insight brother Will! I literally just enrolled into KW's pre-licensing courses yesterday & just coming across this video... Does EXP have a similar model where they're welcome to bringing on aspiring agents & funding their pre-licensing courses & guiding them to acquiring their Real Estate License? I'm in California & would definitely be interested in learning more about EXP... I feel like right now, I really just need to get the schooling & training, in which I do not have any experience in Real Estate yet. & the fact that KW is offering all of that at no cost is kind of a no brainer for me to make that commitment with them for now. Would love to know your thoughts brother, thanks again for your insight & sharing your experience! I subscribed as well so I am definitely looking forward to learning more from you brother, thank you! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
The money reside part took me out🤣 but I’ve been doing so much research before I finish getting my license I have sales experience so I know the trouble as an African American sales person I was going to sign with KW but this guy and chastin miles convinced me I can’t wait to get licensed
Hey Will, I'm thinking about joining EXP! I'm a new agent in Illinois and have no clue what to do or questions to ask and don't want to connect with the wrong brokerage. I'm looking for top-notch hands-on training so that can help me be truly successful. I don't want to be thrown to the wolves or feel like I have to watch a million training videos with more questions than answers. (do you have any advice?) Thanks!
Does EXP provide you with support for creating your documents and other housekeeping aspects of the business? Or do you have a whole separate apparatus (Hardware and software) of your own for practical aspects of completing sales? Do you work from a home office, or have a desk in their office, or both? I've heard Keller Williams charges a large Desk Fee, and advertising contribution, does EXP have comparable Desk Fee and advertising contribution, or are they lower?
Hi Angela, as a new agent you get a mentor that will help you through your first few transactions. I work out of an office and the tech and training fee for exp is $85 monthly. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
No real process here in Cali. You just switch your license and that’s it. I had an office, so They asked me to leave quietly and move out over the weekend. That was it.
Hi Shirley, they are great. I started there as well. it’s more about the people though. Make sure they programs that support your level of commitment and they can support your growth. Hope that helped.
Kw is great and it depends what office you are in. I’ve heard people not like exp. But it depends on the office. I am at Worth Clark-Full commission Ownership, KVCORE is awesome (CRM).
Why did all those agents who left KW to join EXP are now leaving EXP en mass? You can't run away from yourself. You gotta put in the work at brokerage you run to.

Most people who start at KW & decide to leave can still be successful because of the training, models, & systems KW provides.

@@WillHiggins Ok good to know! I'm in Los Angeles, North Hollywood to be exact! & much appreciated brother! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I’m just east of you. I look forward to doing a deal with you in the future.
Hey, so when I’m licensed how do I join someone’s team ?
Easy, you first find a team you like and if they are hiring you can interview or ask to join. What city are you in?
That's awesome I am somewhat in the beginning of my journey I just got my s corporation the business account I just didn't know anything about stock
Congrats Don…. Best of luck to you. Please let me know if there are any videos I can make that will help you on your journey.
Great insight. Currently with Keller Williams and considering a change.

Licensed
Question bro. I'm literally about to start Keller. Williams, training module. Will it be better for me to start off with expe Instead?
Go try it out. If you don’t like it hit me up. You should always interview 3-4 brokerages.
Thanks for sharing your experience!
You’re welcome
Hey if I don’t have license. Will KW help me with that?
I think some have a real estate school.

Where is the EXP office located? Is it a good idea to start with EXP as a beginner?

What about LPT
Go try it out and let us know what you think about their model.
How was your offboarding process at kW? Fairly easy? Looking to move brokerages and not sure what the offboarding process is for kW

Let’s make one where you have why o left exp and came to real
I typically never say never, but I don’t think that one will ever make the list.
Do exp provide leads?
Hi Michele, yes. We have a internal group called Revenos that’s focused on generating leads for agents.
Let me know if you need additional info.
What is the fee for leads?
@@WillHiggins how is Reno’s going?
Where the money reside 😂😂😂
Why we do what we do 😂🤣
Where would an Exp agent hold their closing appointments ?
Simple, at your title or attorney’s office. The same place everyone else holds there’s.
