The noodles is called Lamein (well pronounced that way actually) meaning pulled noodles in China. Also the original name of ramen in Japan as a lot of Chinese culture was brought into Japan a long time ago and changed to be its own.
@@hendhayyt i dont know what youre talking about but im assuming you are asking Lamien or Lamian ok so lamien is more used when u wanna say it in english but the original spelling and pronounciation is lamian
If you want to eat in that restaurant go to Beijing Jiandemen station waök towards east to the park and behind the park is zhe restaurant. Dont know how its called but when I lived tjete I ate there every single day. I miss it. It is one of the best meals I ever had in my life.
@timothy chung but chili oil is in their recipe, not optional seasoning which is separated on other table. You can't try food before add the oil in this case. Ppl who denied it just doesn't wanna eat hot food. But to me, i'll let the chef add all of them to complete the recipe.

Nice workout.
That's chillies oil. It can burn the hell out of your lung
Don't add chili
@@XtianAmante The Japanese ramen is cutted. But if you know the origin of the word Ramen back to Chinese, you will know Ra-men, the Ra means pull
