5-10mins very easy after a workout os a must to get oxygen back into your bloodstream to clean out any lactate. Good idea to stay on the erg for those stretches too 👍

I love how you can workout or cool down with the video. It makes working out so much easier as I'm trying to get fit so I can wear outfits I've had planned for concerts. I use to be fit until I had depression for most of highschool so being able to work out ans take care of myself really helps me feel as if I'm ready for adulthood

And yes after one of your earlier videos, I have been watching my form while cooling down. But where do we get that LIME Green seat. So how much faster can you go with a GO GREEN seat?
I just did the 30 minute workout followed by this cool down, then the roller video - all great! But I what I really want to know is what kind of machine is behind you in this video?! 😊
No reason not to get my 20 minutes on the rower and a great workout. Fave breakfast food? Breakfast salad in the summer and Brussels sprout, sweet potato, leek, smoked salmon hash in the winter.
I believe this will be my challenge for November, day 3.

JensM I believe the ski erg is on the right. I’m wondering what is directly behind Shane - it looks like a rowing machine with a big monitor attached.
