Intensive, but I am going to regenerate for 2 days. 4 years ago it would be very easily 6300 m, but I trained with you very zealously and did not listen to my body very carefully. Plus the fact, that I am older, not younger... But after 6 month de-load (reconvalescence after some medical procedures) I think I am slowly improving my fitness.
Great workout, also great editing the intensities with color schemes. One request: an extra timer with the total time remaining would be highly appreciated 😂
Yeah, I did think about that - but in the end, it just looked really messy have two timers running. So I decided that 1) Most people will have a timer running on the machine they're using anyway - and 2) If this was a cycling spin class, there isn't a timer running, you just climb on and sweat until the instructor ends the class. I went with that feel! I'm really pleased you still liked it though!
Time is a big thing here. Your backside needs to get used to pushing while being sat on!!! But remember, posture is an even bigger issue here. If you aren't tilting forwards anf back over your sitbones, and are instead grinding over your glutes because your hips are rolled backwards, you'll find that sorting that will be what you need.
This reminds me if the Dracula scene with him and the fainting lady in his arms with her white neck skin in the light of the lightening… as he bares his fangs saying ‘zees is my favorite…’ … workout?!😂
Also adding - Too bad that I cannot comment when using my TV to workout with you. Only when I use my ipad or iphone can I leave a comment. I truly work out with you so much more than UA-cam sees. You would have a lot more comments for sure. All good ones for sure!

Great session but will I ever get more stamina w/ my sits bones/butt… I could use more muscle/cushion din that area no doubt 😝
