Language Residency Visa Duration: The duration for a residency visa specifically for language learning is not standard and can vary. Typically, language courses for professionals might range from several months to over a year.
Medical Exam: Non-EU doctors must pass a medical exam as part of the authorization process to practice in Denmark. The exact requirements and duration of this process can vary based on individual qualifications and the specific medical field.

Hello, I am from Turkey, but I graduated from BG in 2016, my diploma is in the EU. I did not have a work permit in Turkey for the last 5 years. That's why I was only able to do an internship
    What is my process?
I will send my documents. Can you recommend me to add my internship certificate? Thank you.

As a doctor from Turkey with an EU diploma (graduated in Bulgaria in 2016), looking to immigrate to Denmark, your process will generally involve the following steps:
Validation of Your Medical Diploma: Since your diploma is from an EU country, it should be recognized in Denmark. However, you will need to get your qualifications validated by the Danish authorities. This typically involves submitting your diploma and other relevant educational documents to the Danish Patient Safety Authority.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Danish is usually required to practice medicine in Denmark. You might need to take a language course and pass a language test.
Authorization to Practice: Apply for authorization to practice medicine in Denmark. This process is overseen by the Danish Patient Safety Authority and may involve additional assessments or exams to ensure your qualifications and skills meet Danish standards.
Residence and Work Permit: As a non-EU citizen, you will need to apply for a residence and work permit. The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) handles these applications.
Seek Employment: Once you have the necessary permits, you can seek employment in Denmark. Hospitals or healthcare facilities may also have specific requirements or offer support in the immigration process.
Internship Certificate: Including your internship certificate in your application is beneficial. It provides practical evidence of your experience in the medical field, even if you haven't had a formal work permit in Turkey.
Further Documentation: Prepare and submit any additional documents that might support your application, such as letters of recommendation, proof of ongoing medical education, or professional references.
Stay Updated on Regulations: Immigration and professional regulations can change, so it’s important to stay updated on the latest requirements from both the Danish health authorities and immigration services.
