I can't thank you enough for these videos Patrick and Valuetainment Media team.
This video alone took some of my lower self moments out of the picture.
It helped me understand that some of my problems were not real problems and some of my emotional baggage was a bunch of lame excuses I was repeating to myself over and over to try to make me feel good about myself.
I also am paying more attention to what I say to myself, always keeping an eye on those negative affirmations which can easily slip through the cracks.
Thank you again for this video.

7 minutes in and I already filled a new sheet with notes. I got a journal for UA-cam notes, but so far its been a journal for Valuetainment notes LOL. I feel like my life depends on these notes. So much wisdom compacted into a video. I meditate and reflect on these insights....this channel is my favorite resource for growth as an entrepreneur..thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻

Your doing an excellent job to be so busy, and still make time to create videos DAILY. Alot of youtube veterans these days tend to either throw out anything just to get a video out everyday, or they spend multiple days doing projects but get less consistent views. The fact that you manage both so well on top of your business really motivates me.

I don't understand how these videos don't have more views. I'm busting my ass in college and working ( I'm only 20 btw) I want to be successful in the future and right now I'm experiencing massive burnout. And everyone I know talks about open a bussiness and what not, but yet they're not watching this video...I feel like all these videos are so informational it'll honestly help. It's no suprise why most people fail, they don't even do basic research.

I get less burnout when I started business myself. I follow most of these but some I need to take on. Time with children is the best of the points. Being child like changes mood, thinking and relaxes you.

Gratitude and simplify leads to efficiency and organization. Burnout can stem from our target goals - specifically financial and time goals! If we don't have the right balance in place with our goals, burnout is bound to happen.

    cause of burnout
    1neglect
    2overloaded

5figment of imagination or overthinking(creating problem that doesnt exist)

Yes I agree with the travel. I am in a travel club and help people save tons of money traveling and get that best experience. When I bring them my services they just think Im trying to sell them stuff and dont listen most of the time.

This is such an incredible (hands-on) video again! I've been noticing the causes can be a mix of these factors as well and the way to combat/prevent them should be more consistently applied in my life. Thanks a lot, this video is definitely shared and from all the crap I've been cutting out of my life more and more (minimalistic, elimination, ..), this content is becoming increasingly better and valuable in my life. Thanks for continuously boosting my intent to become an entrepreneur -and not an independent contractor- by turning my passions and ideas into reality!
As a quick note, I'm currently trying to build a fundamental framework on how reality can be easily modeled in its main categories so people can see that reality is still comprehensible; as well as a tool that helps people to become self-empowered, on the basis that a person has a high chance of being happy if he/she scores well on 1. health 2. social skills 3. financial stability and 4. a passion/mission in their life. Hope you can see some merit in this.
Lastly, Mario please do that video, would love to see your perspective on Valuetainment and how Patrick has been as a mentor, coach and friend to you!!

I think one big issue with this and cause is not knowing the difference between pushing yourself to excellence, and overworking yourself; and with very good reason. People like to say "work hard". But I've always seen that advice as extreemly vague, and pushing yourself can easily feel like pushing too hard. So the line get's really blurred.

Hey Pat, since burnout is a symptom of how we are self-managing or failing to. Burnout is the result. Tips for burnout help start with an early warning system for burnout. When you notice yourself starting to lose interest in your business or work that used to bring you joy, don't wait until you can't stomach it anymore, taking action early to reassess your process, revise your time management and spend more time in energizing relationships will help prevent burnout before it takes over.

This is generally pretty good advice how to minimize the risk to get burnout but you make too light of what burnout actually is in this video, most people who claim they are burnt-out have no clue what burnout is and think it's easy or quick to fix, that's not the case. Burnout shuts you down, you have no energy, you can't do almost anything even when you want to and try hard to do it, in some cases you loose the ability to feel feelings, you know how you usually feel when you, as an example hear a piece of music, but you don't feel anything, literally. A lot of people get out of burnout in 3-6 months with the help of therapy including some of the things mentioned in this video but there are also quite a few of us that are in it for years, I'm in on my sixth year and still don't know if I'll come back from this, after the first few months I got my feelings and brain back thank god but to this day I have no energy and can't do much more than think, learn and plan. However, I am not gonna let this shit stop me from reaching my goals, I will figure out a way to do it inspite of my own limitations and I've had a lot of time thinking, learning and planing, it's all about mindset!

Mario, do an episode on your perspective!!! Great content Pat, really important aspect that i tend to forget now that i switched from freelance / do it all my self to an 8 person team i'm managing :)
    Keep it up :)
