Those trousers are called "chausses" they are single legs that are worn over the brayes. Braysare over sized boxer linen shorts with no fly. Chausses are attached to a cloth belt worn high on the waist nearly under the ribs called a lendel. Some times Chausses attached directly to the Gambeson. Particularly if you are expecting to ride a lot.
So I’d suggest you need some plastic glue like Contacta, a pair of clippers (not too large) to remove from sprues, although a knife can be used carefully. Then a knife to remove any lingering pieces of the sprue from models, which is sharp enough can be used to scrape away mould lines. There are also specific tools to do that scraping but they’re not always precise. That’s only if you want to get rid of the mould lines, not everybody does. That should get you started.
