Do not oil the pan. Add a tablespoon of the oil to the pancake mixture, mix and cook as usual. The pancake will be beautifully and evenly brown.

Add milk 2 cups at least ( if it's not the butter milk pancake mix some brands do contain powdered milk in the mix) not water crack some eggs into the mix. Grease with butter not oil. I hope you enjoyed those I am going the add eggs and milk to my recipe.
