My understanding is they have 700 units and 200 parking spaces and workers friends and visitors use it. No assigned parking spaces. Motorcycles have a crowded parking area and are not allowed to use car spaces. The furniture varies from the original furniture (cheap) to nicer furniture put in by the owner. When I move I may rent one for 3 months to get started with my retirement in Hua Hin. Try to find a condo that doesn’t get the afternoon sun.
Look just what I need. , will stay for a month. So in your price all inclusive electric /water. And room cleaned everyday. Thanks for all your work making video
Thank you for this. I just booked with Desmond for a week in October, not sure it's the same room, but it looks very similar to his pictures. Either way, your video has just increased my anticipation for my upcoming vacation.
Thanks for making this video. Question: What about noise? Did you hear a lot of noise? Because it is a "family friendly" place, I would be worried about kids and families making too much noise in the interior area where the pool is or if they live on top of the room where I am staying.
Hola Scott Great review ta. I’m thinking of renting there long-term, but I just wondered how well soundproofed the units are. I tend to find newer places tend to not be so good. Did you have any noise issues?
I didn’t notice any issues in La Casita well above average compared to some I have been in,maybe rent for a couple of weeks via air bnb to see if they work for you first..

I am pretty sure you would have zero problems with that,Hua Hin is more of a retirement location I don’t recall seeing kids there anyway
