$309 / week AUD - furnished - value . A perfect spot for a couple of old retirees to stay for a few months . HMMM - Thanks for sharing Chris and Linda .
Most holders of western passports can stay in Thailand for 90 days at a time (60 days on entry plus a one time extension at the local immigration office of 30 days total 90 days). They then leave for a while and come back and do it again.
Officially probably 2%. However, don't let that put you off as everything is negotiable in Thailand. Just ask the agent / landlord if your pet is permitted.
i was wondering if you could help my wife and i ? we are coming to cham am for 3 months from 26 nov . we are lokking for a condo {max 20000 }i a nice area near shops as we dont want to drive . any tips would be welcome gr Rob
We are not Real Estate agents. If you want shopping maybe you should try Hua Hin. Cha Am is very quiet. But you could down load the Grab app as they are cheap to get around.
@@robbrown1790 I think it depends on whether you want it straight on the beach . Some of our friends have stayed at the Mavin in Hua Hin . It is fairly close to everything.(not directly on the beach)Over Christmas and New Year prices will go up but you can negotiate for a longer term rate. Hopefully more condo management will let us film in the future.
Right at the start of the video I did say that prices start from 30000 baht. This could be less or more depending on whether you require short term or long term rental. Everything is negotiable.
As an investment or for renting out this is a loser proposition. I don’t see it. Location is everything and cha am is not the right place unless you buy it for way below market.
Lovely looking place ...appealing decor ..
This complex is very nice. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Pretty nice properties..❤❤❤ thank you for the sharing ✅🏝️🤩❤️
Certainly in a good quite spot right on the beach! Not bad at all ❤
Thanks for showing us what's available. These would be ideal as a holiday condo
If you are after peace and quiet these condos are ideal. There are a few eating places around as well.
Thanks for the informative video.
At a guess,, what ratio would you say condos to be pet friendly?

Thank you so much !
crazy price for the 90s build and not much going on in cha am
Depends I guess what you want to do. We personally love Cha Am.
It was built in 2010. What would you recommend in the Cha Am or Hua Hin area?

You don’t listen to the audio?

I think only one was for sale. The rest were for renting for holidays/short or long term.
Yeah Cha Am is definitely not my choice, way too quiet.
