Wow! This place is awesome. Quite a bit of a difference between $243 a month and some of the condos near us here in Chicago at $2400 haha. I love too that it has everything you'd need there. We keep hearing great things about Thialand. Looking forward to checking out some of the other local and cost of living videos.
Definitely not a bad place to retire to. Kind of got a lot of what you need just within the facility. I appreciate the security. Very modern, and spacious enough for a studio. Great views. I love that it has a gym and a pool.
I love seeing into the realities of life in Thailand. Seems like a great way to experience the culture by immersing yourself in it. Are you there alone or do you split the costs with anyone? Great info!
What a nice modern building. I’m glad you mentioned the water situation - I live in a country with an abundance of clean drinking water which we take for granted. I can’t imagine not being able to drink the tap water, though I am aware that clean water is an issue in many countries.
It looks like a great place to work. Early start in the morning! But probably the best way! Everything you need is there and the price sounds like it's ok too.😊
I would definitely expect for Bangkok to be more expensive to live in. Good idea to stay in areas outside of Bangkok. This resort gives you a lot for your money. The workout room is small but glad there is a variety in equipment to use. And yes a pool is needed!
I found it on AirBnb as a short-term rental. Longer than that, you can go in and see them. They have property management there every day. The build is Baan Kiang Fah.
Your video is very informative. Hua Hin is nice and very affordable. I saw many foreign retirees living here, probably because Hua Hin is laid back and peaceful. Love your video. Keep up your good work.❤😊😊
This hotel is really nice; it has everything needed for complete comfort. I also noticed that there aren’t too many people in the facilities, which is every tourist’s dream in such a place. 😁
Who says you can’t swim in the beaches in Pattaya! Only the central beach has pollution, a mile or so in either direction and the sea & beaches are fine
Thanks for the video. We suggest that you focus on the unit and get out of the picture. Also depending on camera zoom out. You can't really see the room the way it is.
@@paradise-adventures Ok thanks, Phet Kasem Rd. the main street that runs through the whole of Hua Hin, can U please attach a map description, or the name of the complex.
You are on the noisy side, construction next door and the sun is extremely hot on that side, we stayed for 4 months at BKF condo on the arena side, which was much better than the noisy side, swimming pool was absolutely freezing, we swam once because it was unbearably cold, no sun hits the pool. We paid 12,000 THB each month plus electricity, internet was included, not a great location, but building was clean, can hear every person walking up and down the halls, which is extremely annoying, but to be fair most condos in Thailand are the same, every voice in the hallways is annoying, people yelling, talking loud, and kids screaming all in teh hallways, I can give up the pool, but the noise in the hallways is a deal breaker, we won't return because of that
We couldn't hear construction from the 21st floor and had no problems swimming in the pool early in the morning. We loved the location as it was close to everything we needed. Hua Hin isn't big enough for getting to places to be an issue.

Wow, this place is so affordable. Hua Hin Thailand looks cool too. Mountains near the ocean, my kind of place. Looking forward to seeing more.
It really is! Hua Hin is a great place for those considering living in Thailand.
Wow, what a stunning glimpse into life in Hua Hin! Baan Kiang Fah looks like a dreamy spot to call home. Thanks for sharing this awesome tour.
Glad you enjoyed it! Tnanks.
What a place and Hua Hin is so much cheaper than Australia. Thanks for sharing. Maybe I should be moving to Thailand.
Go for it! It really is.
You look like a nice person! Thank yo for sharing! Maybe see you there if you are still in Thailand!
Thanks. I am in Bangkok. Next month, I am heading to Krabi and then Koh Lanta in November.
We love the calm and clear delivery of information ❤
Thanks so much!
Great video bro thanks for the content, think i moving to that condo next year :)
It's a nice place. 👌

Keep nailing it man. Im missing out.
Thank buddy. You'll get there. Let me know what you need.
Wow bro, this looks amazing for the price. Hidden gems of Southeast Asia 🌏 ✨️
It's so good. Thanks for watching.
This place is very affordable. Looks great too. Living in Thailand is a great option for sure.
Absolutely 💯

It's easy to get used to. Water is quite cheap here too.
It looks like a great place to work. Early start in the morning! But probably the best way!

You got that right! Thank you.
You can find great deals here in Thailand. Tons of those big time.
Absolutely
Very nice how much per month
It's in the video at 12:56 as provided in the chapters.

Yes, true
I’m very interested in the condo you were at in Hua him. How do I rent a place there
I found it on AirBnb as a short-term rental. Longer than that, you can go in and see them. They have property management there every day. The build is Baan Kiang Fah.
Hi Terry from Australia I start of in pattaya for year then travel to huahin stay there for year and move around very cheap
Nice, thanks for watching.
I want to move to Hua Hin when my Jomtien lease expires. Has fewer beer bars and less traffic, longer beach
Yeah, I prefer Hua Hin too.
What is the name of this condo? I didnt catch it in the video.
It's Baan Kiang Fah, it's mentioned at the start around 2 minutes into the video.
Can you swim in the beaches in Hua Hin? Or is the water dirty like in Pattaya?
Hua Hin Beach is fine for swimming
How can I get a tourist visa for 2 mts?
Visa's are different depending on your passport. Best to look at the options available to you
What's the name of that place, I am in Pattaya, on my way to hua hin, Thanks
Baan Kiang Fah as mentioned at around 2:45

Well said! Thank you so much.
Thanks😊
why you not get a one year visa? if you dont know how i can tell you
I'm considering a few options at the moment, but I won't be back in Thailand for a few months yet.
Hi thanks for the viedo whats the name of the condo and what soi thanks Tony
Baan Kiang Fah
It's mentioned near the beginning when I walk into the lobby. It's Baan Kiang Fah on Phet Kasem.
This hotel is really nice; it has everything needed for complete comfort. I also noticed that there aren’t too many people in the facilities, which is every tourist’s dream in such a place. 😁
It's pretty good. I just go at the quiet times. It gets busy.
Retirement living here I come 😂 compared to the cost of living in Australia 1 years rent is equivalent to 1 month. That’s crazy
Yeah, it's great value for money 💰 a great way to reduce the effects of rising living costs and stagnant wage growth.
HH is superb, while most of Oz is meh by comparison. And yes, the prices....
You cant swim in the beaches in Pattaya but is it okay to swim at the beaches in Hua Hin?
Yes, the water is great for swimming here.
@@paradise-adventures any nasties in the sea?
@@davemitchell3998 not that I came across. Some parts of the beach can have some sand flies though.
Who says you can’t swim in the beaches in Pattaya! Only the central beach has pollution, a mile or so in either direction and the sea & beaches are fine
no aircon??
There is air conditioning in the room
Ah ok cool good deal then I need aircon. I am looking in Philippines atm but I'm thinking Thailand has abundance of rentals right now
The name of the condo please..
Baan Kiang Fah
Correct
Thanks for the video. We suggest that you focus on the unit and get out of the picture. Also depending on camera zoom out. You can't really see the room the way it is.
Thanks for the tip
@@paradise-adventures we definitely appreciate the time you take to do these videos for those of us that aren't entirely in yet.
They are called treadmills
Absolutely.
What Soi?
It's not a soi, it's Phet Kasem Rd.
@@paradise-adventures Ok thanks, Phet Kasem Rd. the main street that runs through the whole of Hua Hin, can U please attach a map description, or the name of the complex.
Travel time from Bangkok 3 hours minimum.
It really depends on traffic and where you are in Bangkok for it to be a minimum of 3 hours. I've done it before in less.
What the name of condo?
Baan Kiang Fah
Correct

spoiled by daily renters breaking the law
The place I stayed at had a minimum 4-week stay, and I didn't see any shorter-term renters staying there.
Good information, but if you show a bit more of stuff around than your handsome face it'll be appreciated. Cheers.
Next time
Bloody hell ! The name of the condo
Mentioned at around 2:45 and several times in these comments. Baan Kiang Fah.
To expensive
There are rooms with fans, no pool or gym. If you want cheap, Thailand has options. Or you can always stay in a hostel.
