Great tour - I stayed in C block as well last year with a view of the vacant block next door - same layout and furniture - I understand that they are building on it now. I like the complex. Downside - pool is too shallow but is great for kids. Laundry is too far away - much easier to drop off at a laundry in Soi 94. Super busy on weekends and people are in the pool at 7.30am, also hard to get a park - even for a scooter. Upside - not expensive. Security staff are nice - once they get to know you. Super easy for Lazarda drop off (pre pay) at reception. Best location as it is an easy walk to Blu port, Market Village and the beach.
La casita is so cute + with a beautiful pool, thks for sharing. Coffee + vending machines r so handy for when u want to stay in. Does the gym have a/c? How is the walk to the markets…about 30mins? Coming in Feb, looks perfect 👌
@bluestarfishsea Hello 😍 Thanks for watching. The gym does have A/C. It's a lovely place and the walk is ok to the markets. We wouldn't call them 'traditional' Thai markets, but they are worth a look for sure 😀
Thanks for the video. I see a bunch of these on AirBnB when I look for places to stay in Hua Hin. Seems like a pretty good value. Not sure I'd want to live here long term due to the size of the units and the constant coming and going of AirBnB guests. I've found that buildings with so many AirBnB rentals typically aren't maintained at the same level simply because many of the people staying there don't live there permanently. Will be in Bangkok next week for a few days on my way to Da Nang. Still haven't been down to Hua Hin but always say I would probably want to live there long term if I had to pick a place in Thailand.
Buildings well maintained but I take your point the rooms, because they are always rented, they don't have a fan, lamps, artwork or matching crockery - it's not really like someones home.
Here's me thinking I was going to see a condo you bought and live in, and get a glorified hotel room, so 11 minutes is all I saw , no thumbs and no subs from me , toodles
@KevinMoran-ft1kz Thanks for watching anyway. It is actually a condo complex and they have them for sale starting at 2MB for a studio they also have 1 & 2 bed options if your interested in buying 👍
Did not like the start or pool and coffee overpriced not impressed the condo in ban suray and i would rather deal with the hotel or condo rather than agoda which have to get there bit so there is room to barter and also a condo at 120 pounds a month..
@@alainbergeron4520 Hi, thanks for watching. Even if it helps you short list, I hope you found it helpful. If you can recommend anywhere better for £16 a night we'd love to check it out 🙏🏻
@timjensen6968 Hi, thanks for watching. As I explained in the video, people were using the gym, and I didn't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable. There was a lat pull-down machine, a chest and shoulder machine, one adjustable bench, and dumbells up to 25kg. 2 treadmills 1 cross trainer and a bike. It had AC and a tv playing music. I hope that helps, we love the gym to so we do understand 💪
Going to La Casita in 3 weeks, helpful video, thanks
Helpful video. Appreciated the detail. Thanks 🙏
@@bbarton538 your welcome, thanks for watching 🙏
Really appreciate the useful information at the end!!! Great content!
Thanks for watching 😊 glad we can be helpful
Nice video! I'm considering doing an extended lease at La Casita so this was very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
5:10 "Hoy" is a naughty word in Thai 😮🤦. Subscribed 😂🎉.
Oh really lol thanks for the heads up, thanks for the sub much appreciated
@@1ForTheRoad.Official It means "lady parts"...puut jing-jing (= seriously). 😱
Hi good video is there any shops or bars close
Absolutly love Hua Hin, we plan to move soon after we sell our home in Canada. Can't think of a better place to live or visit than Hua Hin!!!!
Completely agree great place, great vibe & lovely people ❤

@@marcp108 completely agree, we was lucky enough to have a washing machine on our balcony which was handy 🙏🏻
bit small but balcony a nice touch
@@robertperruzza4590 definitely cosy 🙏🏻

love the way you pronounce baht bud
High end??
Very cramped.
Short term it was fine for us, long term as a couple I think we'd need a one bed. Thanks for watching ❤
You only had 1 air conditioner because that is a studio. That’s the smallest room in La casita. Still it works and the price is right!
Hey, thanks for watching ❤ was a great place highly recommend 👍
Long way off from calling it high end luxury.
La Casita FEMININE, not El Casita MASCULINE. 😂🎉 Apart from that, excellent +1.
You'll need those coins for the bahtbus 😮.
Thanks, you're right. I'm always mispronouncing things out here 😅
Lovely air quality next to the main highway south. 😂😂😂 high end, you couldn’t make this up.
Right, More like another Thai chicken farm condo. Livin' the dream in 27sqm room,
YouTubing contravenes every visa,so be careful,Hua hin is horrible also
Nothing high end about it. Just too small for me

Well, nothing impressive, kinda like a low cost hotel .I really don't think I'd stay there.

I think it’s nice but small. It’s really not high end. I really don’t think that’s a good view? Ok sorry I don’t like it. Far too small.
Why do you spend so much time on vending machines but speed through the gym like nobody cares? I do.
