Fullcorn rye is the most healthy. Avoid those highly processed smooth toast breads and hotdog breads. Usually you can just feel them by their quality, they don't have a hard shell. A baguette is okay but could contain a lot of unhealthy stuff, be careful with them. Me, I prefer mostly rough feeling "rustic" oat bread and rye bread. Karelian pies are also good.
Bread can be super healthy depending on the ingredients you use I think corn would be ideal, it's higher in protein and its protein is also more bioavailable

I’ve incorporated a lot more healthy daily foods thanks to your videos. Some of my favorites are kiwis, eggs, blackberries, carrots, and almonds/walnuts.
Thanks so much for this list ! Here is mine (considering i am a woman, not in a bulking or cutting diet, simply trying to enjoy my food while eating healthy) : 1. White meat 2. Salmon (not everyday but at least 1/2) 3. Avocado 4. Fruits (apple, banana, raspberries) 5. Skyr 6. Lots of vegetables (eggplant, carrots, zucchini, etc.) 7. Black coffee with no sugar 8. Cinnamon 9. Agave sirup 10. Eggs
Kiwi is a food that I try to eat very often. It’s crazy high in vitamin C, has pretty good fiber content, is sweet, and it’s only 42-50 calories per kiwi.
i love your videos, its really changed the way i eat and which foods i prioritise eating. the fact that you just break everything down into actual nutritional value is awesome. now i began to track my foods to identify what micronutrients im deficient in and add things to my diet to fix them by watching your videos as a guide for optimal diet. now instead of cereal for breakfast i eat a high protein skyr yogurt mixed with strawberries, a banana, chia seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts and almonds and about 20 ish grams of protein powder.
I'm a little surprised he neglected to mention the LDL/HDL cholesterol in eggs. Eating TOO MANY eggs can actually be harmful cuz you're still consuming SOME bad cholesterol. Eating a ton of them every day is really not a good idea, especially when you consider that while they do provide protein, it's not enough protein if you're really looking to pack on skeletal muscle in conjunction with regular muscle building exercises.
I eat eggs, toast, and peanut butter as my post workout breakfast pretty much every day. Hits protein, carbs, and fats in one go and it’s just such a satisfying meal for me. I also LOVE chicken, beef, avocado, pretty much most fruits, a lot of vegetables, beans, ALL cheese (minus brie), and crackers. I love this channel because I feel like I can relate so much to wanting the best for my body, and I love knowing what all the different foods compare up to each other. Great video, Talon!
This channel is growing into something outstanding! Keep up the great work, and yes the more casual approach is enjoyable. Still learned something new.
I absolutely loved this video so much. The laid back style is a great breath of fresh air from the more information dense videos. It's also a great indicator of some of the benefits of foods that some people overlook.
I love this video, it's nice to see that despite your knowledge you have a realistic approach. I enjoy seeing everyone's picks, so heres mine: 1. Oats 2. Walnuts 3. Zucchini 4. Natural yogurt 5. Cottage cheese 6. Lemons in hot water (I prefer it over tea) 7. Sodium cyclamate (cheaper and more tasty for me than erythritol) 8. Some fruit, usually frozen strawberries 9. Pure cocoa powder 10. Cinammon
Thank you for another great video, Talon. Your videos are some of the best nutrition/health videos on UA-cam. Really appreciate how clear, concise, and non-bombasty you are. Please keep up the great work! Foods I usually eat every day: dark leafy greens (kale, spinach, arugula), oatmeal, nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), cacao, cinnamon (also), coffee, and also ginger...lots of ginger tea!
I eat nuts and dried fruit almost every day for breakfast. I really like almonds in particular. I know they’re really calorie dense but that hasn’t stopped me from losing a lot of weight eating this way since I weigh it out every time.
Idk the science on this man but nut calories don’t even seem real to me. I started eating what should be around 1000 calories of nuts every day like 2 months back and I’ve gotten super lean without taking anything else out of my diet that would contribute to that many calories (I stopped eating grains but I was only consuming about 200 cals a day of oats). This is on top of a pound of ground beef and hella fruit every day. So enjoy your almonds man they probably won’t make you fat. Make sure you get sprouted nuts or soak them in water overnight though to lessen the amount of anti nutrients.
Pumpkin seeds is a daily for me! I sprinkle it on whatever breakfast I’m having; whether it’s eggs, protein cereal, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt. It’s great cause it goes with sweet AND savory foods!
I love your videos. I eat garlic a lot. I cook with it in most of my meals. I also go through a lot of mixed greens for salads and to add to sandwiches. Eggs I eat with most of my breakfast throughout the week. Now I think about it I eat goat cheese in some form (plain, herb and garlic, blueberry) most days. Omelette? Use goat cheese. Sandwich? Use goat cheese. Want a sweet snack? Have a slice or two of blueberry goat cheese with grapes/cherries on the side.
My top 10: 1.) Dark chicken (organic and pasture raised) 2.) Eggs (pasture raised) 3.) Garlic 4.) Broccoli (organic) 5.) Green Beans (organic) 6.) Cashews 7.) Pistachios 8.) Oranges or other Citrus 9.) Berries-strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, also pomegranate (seeds). 10.) Peanuts/Peanut Butter (no sugar)
organic dark chicken? what does “organic” mean in this context? for veggies, it means no artificial fertilisers, do chickens normally get sprinkled NPK on them?
plant based protein is half as good as animal protein. In terms of health being vegan is bad for you, but if it's for religious reasons then nevermind, I respect your position
I think the use of actual ways to incorporate a lot of these foods was an incredibly helpful inclusion. I think sometimes hearing about the best foods to eat without mentioning recipes or incorporation methods limits the effectiveness of the advice. I appreciate this channel very greatly! Thank you!
Hey Talon, good day. I came across your content due to a tardy ADHD diagnose, brought by finding out autism in my son. One of the aspects of the treatment is to keep a good nutrition. So I started watching your videos and tried to apply in my daily routine. Man, did that help me!! I live in Brazil, so many of the foods and spices you mention I find easily and also are greatly affordable. Discussing with my psychiatric, I asked him to keep the meds to a minimum, only what could be defined as fundamental. So I don't make use of anything else besides venvanse. And know this. I had lots fat concentrated in a lot of parts, didn't have good sleep, disposition. In about 2 months after signing to your channel, forcing myself to eat better, I ended up finding out that this routine is actually cheaper to mantain, due to the simpleness of the cooking process I use. Also because a lot of those foods are rather easy to grow and find over here. Dude, a great thanks from the bottom of my heart. In about 7 months I watch your channel, I lost the equivalent to 20 pounds. Less sugar, less salt, less saturated fats. Also, my professional performance. You see, i'm a salesman and after 4 months with this discipline, I had the 3 best salaries in these 2 years on my company. I'm a fan and recommend you to everyone. 🙏
Hello, I also have ADHD. And dealing with everything is just so hard, I live alone and I have to do all by myself which is overly exhausting and overwhelming. But the meal plan is something I really wanna fix in my life because I came to a realization healthy diet and sleep (which both I am terrible at) plus good workout is the key of every problem. Recently managed to quit smoking and that gave me a confidence I in fact can fix my sleeping and eating problems because addiction was one other thing I though I would never beat. But since I also have adhd cooking the same foods everyday will be boring and I literally dont have mental capacity to think what to cook everyday. Can you share your meal plan so I can copy?
I love the ginger they give with sushi, so I totally see myself adding that to meals throughout the day. Thank you on the cinnamon tip I’m insulin resistant and will apply that.
Your videos really changed my way of thinking about food and my body changed alot since I started regulating my diet. Thank you for your effort with this amazing content!
🔴 I don't eat animal products... one of the things I _do_ eat though, every single day, is RICE - BEANS - and MOLE (the Mexican sauce). With Mexican seasonings on top, it's amazing! I can eat it every day for the rest of my life and never tire of it, it's that good! I'll usually have oatmeal for breakfast, or non-dairy yogurt with fruit, granola, and chia & flax seeds, then for lunch a collard greens - Lacinato kale - mustard greens salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, hemp seeds and a small amount of salad dressing. For drinks I'll have pomegranate juice, green tea, coffee, sparkling water, kombucha, and pinot noir.
Alright here is my list: -oats -banana -soy milk -miso -tempeh -skyr (or any yoghurt like substance) -plums (amazing, they get undeserved hate) -sourdough bread -green (jasmin) tea -mustard Lots of variety in my diet but when I get the chance these are my go-to ingredients
Soy "milk" is extremely bad for you and it should not even be called milk. In fact I think in Europe its forbidden they had to rebrand to soy drink. Its usually made from processed sneed oils.
Not sure with miso and tempeh are, but i guess the only one that i don't like is the soy milk, or any plant based milk on that matter because they have to mix these with added sugar and oil to taste ok, but for me they taste like the lowest quality junk food you can imagine but in a liquid form. Now i agree they're not junk foods, but they're definently frankenfoods. Like fr i'd rather eat brussel sprouts than consume plant based milk. Now if there's a way to mix butter and oil without artificial trans fats added and add stuff like coconut sugar only then they may taste good, but just regular vegetable oil with refined sugar it tastes awful.
ive recently incorporated salsa into my daily rotation in lieu of salad dressing. its a game changer. also, for anyone who menstruates, boiling a dew cinnamon sticks for a few minutes is good for cramps, and its delicious. i usually put a bit of almond or oat milk creamer into my cinnamon tea for sweetness but it doesnt need it.
It's difficult to say what my husband and I eat a day, but there are definitely certain things we have every week: - potatoes - onions - peppers (bell or pointed usually, since we live in germany and mostly only have the super tame stuff 🥲) - zucchini - carrots - tomatoes - chicken (usually breast, sometimes legs) - beef (usually minced) - honey (just a touch) - tzatziki (which is just super easy to make including greek yoghurt, quark, lemon juice and herbs) - olive oil or another plant based oil - eggs - soy sauce - pasta at least once a week xD
Hey Talon, if you’ve never tried adding a spoon of plain yogurt to your scrambled eggs, definitely give it a try sometime. It gives the eggs a bit of tangy sourness that makes them taste better.
Egg and yogurt with oatmeal and mixed nuts with honey everyday. Rice and beans with protein (I have all of them throughout the week: fish, pork, beef and chicken) and salad (usually lettuce, tomato, carrot, broccoli and cabbage, maybe kale). And I drink sparkling water with lime juice almost daily too. Maybe do a series on staple foods, their benefits and maybe how to possibly improve on them. Rice and beans is mine.
Your diet is so similar to mine it's actually conforting, being Mexican and living in Mexico I have easy access and enjoy the taste of beans, avocados and ingredients for making salsa. All of those have enhanced my weight loss diet to make my food more nutrituous, tastier and filling.
Talon, thank you for these videos. The easy to understand and use information has been instrumental in what has been a renaissance of my health in the last sit months.
hi!! i’ve been vegan for over three years and here are some of mine lol 1. oats (i love oats) 2. tempeh 3. zucchini 4. kombucha (no added sugar) 5. green tea 6. dates (usually not more than 2) 7. carrots 8. recently i’ve been eating brazil nuts to help my thyroid 9. dark chocolate 10. hummus
I heard oats are even bad for horses. I used to eat oats every day for around 5 years and now I can't even put them in my mouth its like my body became allergic (I can eat muesli bars but not cereal oats).
I've been loving your videos so much!! I feel like they may even be changing my life for the better by making me make more confident food choices. Thank you and I noticed that cheese tier list tease!! I'm so excited for that cheese tier list cause cheese is one of my favorite foods :)
the casual style videos like this are really nice. understanding more about your own personal habits & philosophies puts everything else on the channel into better context 🎉😊
Loving this style of video! The food I have every day would be either coffee (these days, I make decaf) for the general mineral content, and I also just like it, black with maybe a little milk or skinny syrups. Oats are another I really like, super versatile. I've been making pizza baked oats lately, the crust is made of oat flour, among other things like nutritional yeast for protein.
Yeah oats are great. Pretty consistently whenever I've been lazy with my diet whether through mental or circumstantial reasons, the oats come in as such a good crutch. Using it as a filler for pizza sounds interesting for sure!
Most days i work i eat a bunch of whole eggs for breakfast plus a banana with no sugar added vanilla greek yogurt for a snack later. At home, i usually do eggwhites for breakfast. I realize i HATE green leafy vegetables. Raw. But ive been getting better at including them by slicing them fine (any lettuce, kale, spinach, etc) and throwing them in a bowl then pouring boiling brothy soup over the top. Also, most of my soups are either based on chicken breast or lean ground beef, and i also usually include lentils and/or barley to make them a bit more hearty without spiking blood sugar like with rice or pasta.
Great video combining knowledge and personal prefs. My top choices: 1. Beans. Mixed bean soup 2. Eggs. Over-easy or omelets 3. Cabbage. sauerkraut, made with onion, or sauteed 4. Meat/chicken/sardine 5. Greens and zucchini. sauteed or pan-fried 6. Kefir. home-made, easily by leaving milk with starter at room temperature for a few hours 7. Veggies: yam, kabucha, potato
I was surprised to see that you didn't list nuts, grains, or top-tier vegetables besides sweet potatoes. I snack on nuts daily & whenever I'm thinking about healthy food vegetables are the main ones that come to mind.
@@KevinWolfers Nuts are full of vitamins and minerals. A serving of peanuts has 20% of your daily requirement for Vitamin E, 21% of daily Vitamin B3, 17% of daily Vitamin B9, and 16% of daily Vitamin B1. I come often to this channel to check on nutrition values of foods. Thanks for that! I eat every single day: - 4 eggs with onion and spices (curcumin, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, oregano) - 1 loaf of ancient grain whole bread - black coffees with turmeric and cinnamon and half a teaspoon of sugar - green tea with mint, with either raw honey or stevia, with some almonds or other grains/seeds. Almost every day: - Fish: salmon or tuna. Sometimes replaced with sardines or red meat. - 1 teaspoon of cod liver only on the days I don't eat salmon. - If I get hungry between the daily 2 meals, I eat fruits and veggies found in top 2 tiers in your videos. Half the time: - Leafy green salad (green lettuce and/or kale, onion, green pepper, avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper etc.) - Carb-heavy meals (rice, pasta, etc). - 1 glass of grass-fed whole Milk I'm trying to replace carbs and starch (rice, pasta, bread, sugar in coffee) with ketogenic options, but it's a slow process.

Eggs are my main protein source for breakfast every day, eaten with cherry tomatoes, ham, a slice of toast, and a bit of cheese. For lunch+dinner, I like to eat chicken thighs and pork shoulder steaks. Frozen berries made into smoothies are an absolute fave of mine. I eat potatoes quite often despite them not necessarily being the best carb out there - but I just love the taste of potato (and the versatility!). Cheese and milk are must-haves. Frequently I'll have other fruit such as fresh berries, bananas, oranges, pomegranate seeds. I used to be a big pasta eater, but not so much these days. I make myself honey-cinnamon oatmeal every once in a while when I'm in a sweet breakfast mood. I find that it's still hard sometimes to keep on track with eating healthy, but I try my best and whenever I manage to be REALLY consistent with it, I see huge improvements in how I feel. Thanks for making these videos, they've been really helpful :)
The only food I enjoy eating everyday is greek yogurt. You don't have to cook it, it's not that expensive and it is very nutricious which makes it the best breakfast food imo.
How do you keep it creamy in the fridge? I tried to put it deeper, it worked one time, but otherwise it's always half liquid half solid state or something like that.

I eat black seed with a spoonful of honey every morning because it is religiously recommended in Islam, but looking into it nutritionally, there are so many benefits! 3:19 insulin actually transports sugar out of the bloodstream and into your tissues where it can be used. Insulin sensitivity means that your tissues absorb the glucose even with a small amount of insulin (which is good). Anyway, great video as always!
For me the food that i eat every day would definitely be oatmeal, i will literally eat it for breakfast and supper every single day, you probably could compare how i feel about oatmeal to how most asians feel about rice. The reason why i eat (and love) it so much is because i have to keep my diet low in sodium, so i can't really use bread or buns for my carb source and also because i love the taste and texture of oatmeal, and you can make so many combinations with it, the list is basically endless. I’ve incorporated a lot more healthy daily foods thanks to your videos. Some of my favorites are kiwis, eggs, blackberries, carrots, and almonds/walnuts.
This video is actually at least as helpful as your usual tier lists. I really liked it.
Thanks so much for this list ! Here is mine (considering i am a woman, not in a bulking or cutting diet, simply trying to enjoy my food while eating healthy) :
1. White meat
2. Salmon (not everyday but at least 1/2)
3. Avocado
4. Fruits (apple, banana, raspberries)
5. Skyr
6. Lots of vegetables (eggplant, carrots, zucchini, etc.)
7. Black coffee with no sugar
8. Cinnamon
9. Agave sirup
10. Eggs
Kiwi is a food that I try to eat very often. It’s crazy high in vitamin C, has pretty good fiber content, is sweet, and it’s only 42-50 calories per kiwi.
NOTED
Kiwis are also great for sleep
I don't know why Talon said "people probably don't get enough vitamin C". I eat a kiwi every day and it's already 85% of RDA. IN ONE FRUIT.
@@JdotCarver I normally hear vitamin deficiencies when we talk about D or B12 tbh. That said I'm a big skin-on kiwi enjoyer myself too.
Make sure to eat the skin too, it's not that bad and it's where most of the good stuff is.
Cannot state enough how much I love this channel. It is exactly the way I think.
no bottle of Red 40 = invalid
i love your videos, its really changed the way i eat and which foods i prioritise eating. the fact that you just break everything down into actual nutritional value is awesome. now i began to track my foods to identify what micronutrients im deficient in and add things to my diet to fix them by watching your videos as a guide for optimal diet. now instead of cereal for breakfast i eat a high protein skyr yogurt mixed with strawberries, a banana, chia seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts and almonds and about 20 ish grams of protein powder.
@@nahor88 1995 called, they want the research papers on cholesterol back.

I absolutely loved this video so much. The laid back style is a great breath of fresh air from the more information dense videos. It's also a great indicator of some of the benefits of foods that some people overlook.
I love this video, it's nice to see that despite your knowledge you have a realistic approach. I enjoy seeing everyone's picks, so heres mine:
1. Oats
2. Walnuts
3. Zucchini
4. Natural yogurt
5. Cottage cheese
6. Lemons in hot water (I prefer it over tea)
7. Sodium cyclamate (cheaper and more tasty for me than erythritol)
8. Some fruit, usually frozen strawberries
9. Pure cocoa powder
Almonds have cyanide poison and also oxalates that destroy your gut biome. Who knew. I NEVER eat almonds or spinach either (highest oxalates).
Pumpkin seeds is a daily for me! I sprinkle it on whatever breakfast I’m having; whether it’s eggs, protein cereal, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt. It’s great cause it goes with sweet AND savory foods!
i found them hard to sprout so i stopped eating them. i take chia seeds instead now.
that's great, I usually make a pumpkin seed butter with added flax and chia seeds for the Omega 3s
@@matthewxuereb5129 that sounds SO good!!
I also put flax seeds in my kodiak cakes, and chia seeds in my tea sometimes!

Would you said goat's cheese is.. The Goat?
My top 10:
1.) Dark chicken (organic and pasture raised)
2.) Eggs (pasture raised)
3.) Garlic
4.) Broccoli (organic)
5.) Green Beans (organic)
6.) Cashews
7.) Pistachios
8.) Oranges or other Citrus
9.) Berries-strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, also pomegranate (seeds).
10.) Peanuts/Peanut Butter (no sugar)
organic dark chicken?
what does “organic” mean in this context?
for veggies, it means no artificial fertilisers, do chickens normally get sprinkled NPK on them?

Talon - any style of video you upload I’ll watch. Always great content.
Dude, you are my favorite youtuber ever, you changed my life!
Alright here is my list:
-oats
-banana
-soy milk
-miso
-tempeh
-skyr (or any yoghurt like substance)
-plums (amazing, they get undeserved hate)
-sourdough bread
-green (jasmin) tea
-mustard
Lots of variety in my diet but when I get the chance these are my go-to ingredients
SKYR YOGURTTT 🐐 i was so surpised when I found them, insane amount of protein
Tempeh + soy? Estrogen goes hard here
Soy "milk" is extremely bad for you and it should not even be called milk.
@@loganwolv3393u should do some more research on plant based milks, because there’s plenty out there that are organic and without any additives.
Another top tier video. Ever since I started cooking for myself, I've also found beans being HUGE.
I agree, this is an amazing video
I strongly agree with ginger being gods greatest gift🙏
i like the video and the new format. great work
ive recently incorporated salsa into my daily rotation in lieu of salad dressing. its a game changer. also, for anyone who menstruates, boiling a dew cinnamon sticks for a few minutes is good for cramps, and its delicious. i usually put a bit of almond or oat milk creamer into my cinnamon tea for sweetness but it doesnt need it.
It's difficult to say what my husband and I eat a day, but there are definitely certain things we have every week:
- potatoes
- onions
- peppers (bell or pointed usually, since we live in germany and mostly only have the super tame stuff 🥲)
- zucchini
- carrots
- tomatoes
- chicken (usually breast, sometimes legs)
- beef (usually minced)
- honey (just a touch)
- tzatziki (which is just super easy to make including greek yoghurt, quark, lemon juice and herbs)
- olive oil or another plant based oil
- eggs
- soy sauce
- pasta at least once a week xD
Hey Talon, if you’ve never tried adding a spoon of plain yogurt to your scrambled eggs, definitely give it a try sometime. It gives the eggs a bit of tangy sourness that makes them taste better.
I would have never thought of this in a million years..🤯
Brilliant!
also, make sure the yoghurt is cool, as this also serves in the eggs not being overheated and improves the texture.
Or cottage cheese
I think a character who got whacked on the Sopranos did this, that’s where I first heard of it. Sour cream can be used too
I like to add cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs, but I’m gonna try this
Egg and yogurt with oatmeal and mixed nuts with honey everyday.
All of those have enhanced my weight loss diet to make my food more nutrituous, tastier and filling.

the casual style videos like this are really nice. understanding more about your own personal habits & philosophies puts everything else on the channel into better context 🎉😊
You are my absolute favorite UA-camr. I could learn about Food allllll day
Gingers are indeed God's gift to this green Earth.
Cracked up at that one hahahaha
Finally, a healthy food enjoyer who doesn’t insist on eating bland. The pictures of pale chicken breasts on plain white rice hunt my mind.
Great video combining knowledge and personal prefs. My top choices:
1. Beans. Mixed bean soup
2. Eggs. Over-easy or omelets
3. Cabbage. sauerkraut, made with onion, or sauteed
4. Meat/chicken/sardine
5. Greens and zucchini. sauteed or pan-fried
6. Kefir. home-made, easily by leaving milk with starter at room temperature for a few hours
7. Veggies: yam, kabucha, potato
Never thought to put cinnamon in coffee! I just got some whole Ceylon rolls the other day, looking forward to trying it on the microfiche tomorrow
Bro you are just amazing!

I was surprised to see that you didn't list nuts, grains, or top-tier vegetables besides sweet potatoes. I snack on nuts daily & whenever I'm thinking about healthy food vegetables are the main ones that come to mind.
Nuts are too fatty foods to eat everyday day
@@ymiph6802 You are free to believe whatever you want. 🤣
@ymiph6802 Well, you'd get all the fats and proteins, but it would lack vitamins
@@KevinWolfers Nuts are full of vitamins and minerals. A serving of peanuts has 20% of your daily requirement for Vitamin E, 21% of daily Vitamin B3, 17% of daily Vitamin B9, and 16% of daily Vitamin B1. Peanuts are also high in copper, manganese, and fiber. And that is just peanuts; pistachios are high in Vitamin A precursors and are also packed with many of the same nutrients as peanuts.
I come often to this channel to check on nutrition values of foods. Thanks for that!
I eat every single day:
- 4 eggs with onion and spices (curcumin, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, oregano)
- 1 loaf of ancient grain whole bread
- black coffees with turmeric and cinnamon and half a teaspoon of sugar
- green tea with mint, with either raw honey or stevia, with some almonds or other grains/seeds.
Almost every day:
- Fish: salmon or tuna. Sometimes replaced with sardines or red meat.
- 1 teaspoon of cod liver only on the days I don't eat salmon.
- If I get hungry between the daily 2 meals, I eat fruits and veggies found in top 2 tiers in your videos.
Half the time:
- Leafy green salad (green lettuce and/or kale, onion, green pepper, avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper etc.)
- Carb-heavy meals (rice, pasta, etc).
- 1 glass of grass-fed whole Milk
I'm trying to replace carbs and starch (rice, pasta, bread, sugar in coffee) with ketogenic options, but it's a slow process.
The reasoning for turmeric and oregano? Asking because the all the rest I can vouch for.

I would really like to see a sweetener tier list
I also eat it every day and stir it up a bit if it looks soupy. I use the low fat one and don't remember the one with fat being as soupy.
Bro this video was so good. More of these discussion type videos are easier to absorb over fact/numerical videos, not to say I don’t enjoy those too.
The foods I basically have daily-
1. Blueberries
2. Goji berries
3. Honey
4. Greek yogurt
5. Sunflower seeds
6. Coconut
7. Red onion
8. Chicken
9. Apple
10. Orange
I really like how in depth you're going with these kind of videos. Could you by any chance do the same kind of video for a vegetarian/vegan diet? I'd just replace the meats with some sort of plant protein but I'm not really sure which one to include.
If you are not allergic to soy, tofu is the best place for plant based protein (complete protein, cheap, easy to use).
Bananas are the only consistent thing in my life. Also, the more casual format is a nice change of pace.
Tuna, greek yoghurt, peanut butter, fruit, coffee, wholemeal, seeded bread, milk. Helps me hit my macros and micros while being enjoyable to eat.
