Just the first 10 minutes of this video has helped me so much, and I'm so excited to watch the rest. Thank you so much, you truly just jumpstarted my journey on cooking.
I'm currently a culinary student but I'm more in the baking field rather than actual cooking. I did find cooking easier in a way compared to baking since one feels like more of an art and the other a science but at the same time I didn't learn a whole lot about cooking and could barely wrap my head around it. Thanks for this video Nick, definitely helps a ton and I did pre-order your cook book a couple months ago so yay😊❤

I'm an awful cook, and I want to learn so I made the red sauce at 19:04 as my first little cooking project. I think my garlic chunks were a bit too big, but that's an easy fix. Overall it wasn't necessarily what I'd go for in a red sauce but definitely not bad at all. Thanks Nick!

I’m a beginner to pretty much all types of cooking (I still have trouble with scrambled eggs 😅) so this video was amazing and perfect for me. I will definitely be buying his cookbook.
I always wondered how they made cutting look so effortless/smooth and you just gave away the secret. Awesome!
Rarely seen a sich nice, well structured and flowing video like this. The pace was optimal, the flow was on point and the slightly energised but still chilled vibe was really something else ❤️
Thank you!! I’m trying to learn how to cook so I can live independently on my own, and this video helps soooo much! Thank you thank you thank you!!! ☺️💛
Where are you?
nick keeps proving again and again why he is a great chef and a great creator love the videos this one is probably the fav anyways keep em coming nick!
I've always wanted to cook and have helped around int he kitchen for a little while by just doing things unprofessionally in the hopes that I will gain some general knowledge and experience from it.
Wow what a great and constructive video! I learned a lot from it and it really covers everything! It made me love my kitchen more and challenge myself to try new recipes! A big thank you Nick for your efforts and perseveration. You are the star ⭐️ Wish you all the success with your first book. Best wishes from Beirut, Lebanon 🇱🇧
Imagine getting all this for free, my dad taught me allot of what you taught here, Great work Nick another amazing video but with this video you really went the extra mile and we appreciate you!
Brilliant stuff nick and I just think that this video had so much variety. From kitchen essentials, to fancy recipes I found everything I need to know about cooking here. Thank you nick for inspiring me to cook since I was just a little kid
Dude troopered through 24 straight hours of cooking to bring us a 1 hour crash course on cooking. As a guy who never cooks much because I’m never confident in my abilities, thank you Nick and all the featured chefs and UA-camrs for bringing us this guide. Go take a well deserved rest.
I'm an awful cook, and I want to learn so I made the red sauce at 19:04 as my first little cooking project.
I think my garlic chunks were a bit too big, but that's an easy fix. Overall it wasn't necessarily what I'd go for in a red sauce but definitely not bad at all. Thanks Nick!
a cinematic and culinary masterpiece. thanks for inspiring me to cook! I will often refer to this video for all my help for cooking :)
I am a kid (10) who is learning how to cook and am subscribed to you nick. Another great video
Why does an hour of lectures not feel as short as your video? Learnt more than in my previous 20 years, thank you!!
I'm so happy everybody seemed to enjoy it :)
This is like the best general cooking tutorial you can find out there and nick just made a collab with every social media chef 😂😂
Your videos have done nothing but scaled up in quality and content, I think you're the only chef on youtube with this unique of a content style. I absolutely love that about you. PS gonna have a fantastic and educational hour now. Love you!
One of the best videos I've ever watched on UA-cam, thanks!
This was awesome Nick! Being in Uni and having no cooking skills, this was the most useful cooking video I have ever watched. With how good you explained everything in this video, I can't wait to see you cook for 100h straight!
Bro really meant less than an hour 💀
Bro it’s 1 sec off
59:59
Still less than one hour
FR 🤣
@@Alexthegoatishere idk abt you but 59:59 is about as close as you can get to "less than 1 hour"
I don’t know if this is by accident or not, but I love how the video is exactly 59:59 long. Meaning that this video is one second under a hour.
as someone who has been wanting to learn to cook forever thank you for inspiring me to get started in the kitchen. :)
Uni student here eating toast as a first meal of the day at 11:30pm

I really like how Nick didn't advertise Osmo while using it and took this very seriously. Don't get me wrong, I love all the goofy content but this is nice for a change. Good job Nick!
