Really made the job of a learning cook a lot more easier. Absolutely delicious with so many flavors! Thank you so much for sharing your talent and inspiring so many!

Bro. Thank you. I have been cooking for Teen Challenge, which is a faith based drug, alcohol, and behavioral recovery program. I never thought that I would be in the kitchen. However, after seeing the joy that people experience over a simple meal, I had it on my heart to pursue this further. This video is helpful in so many ways. Thank you.

I’m a beginner to pretty much all types of cooking (I still have trouble with scrambled eggs 😅) so this video was amazing and perfect for me. I will definitely be buying his cookbook.

I've always wanted to cook and have helped around int he kitchen for a little while by just doing things unprofessionally in the hopes that I will gain some general knowledge and experience from it. Just the first 10 minutes of this video has helped me so much, and I'm so excited to watch the rest. Thank you so much, you truly just jumpstarted my journey on cooking.

I'm currently a culinary student but I'm more in the baking field rather than actual cooking. I did find cooking easier in a way compared to baking since one feels like more of an art and the other a science but at the same time I didn't learn a whole lot about cooking and could barely wrap my head around it. Thanks for this video Nick, definitely helps a ton and I did pre-order your cook book a couple months ago so yay😊❤

I'm an awful cook, and I want to learn so I made the red sauce at 19:04 as my first little cooking project.
I think my garlic chunks were a bit too big, but that's an easy fix. Overall it wasn't necessarily what I'd go for in a red sauce but definitely not bad at all. Thanks Nick!
